nel centro di bologna , ma in un contesto di silenzio , tranquillità e confort . stanza spaziosa , ben sistemata , molto confortevole , principalmente salta all'occhio la buona pulizia . presente un piccolo frigo , cucina comune dove abbiamo trovato i prodotti per una semplice colazione ,bollitore e macchinetta per il caffè .

A localização é excelente. Espaço novo, com o conforto necessário. Fácil contacto com o responsável do apartamento.

O check-in é feito on-line, com envio dos códigos para entrar no apartamento após o pagamento da taxa turística da cidade. Até aqui tudo bem. Apesar de eu ter entrado pelas 13h20 (antes das 14h00, hora normal do check-in), não estava à espera de ter o quarto ainda por arrumar e limpar. Mas após contacto com o Zacharia, ele disse que o quarto seria limpo em breve e, quando regressei ao quarto após o almoço, já estava tudo ok.

Bright, clean room with nice view of a rooftop garden, doesn't give onto a street so quiet at night. Good and generous breakfast options in the shared kitchen area and free pod coffee machine. Decent shower pressure, lovely temperature and nice shampoo and shower gel. Check-in instructions are super clear and the process was very easy.

Air conditioning unit was mounted under window so blew straight across bed at night which was unpleasant but we needed it on. If you want the curtain closed it's long enough to cover the unit but this makes having the aircon a bit redundant. It's noisy when people come back as all the doors have a loud buzz when you tap the key card so you hear the front door and then people entering their rooms, but fortunately all the guests were quiet and getting home before midnight. The room was well cleaned but one of my pillows had a pretty strong smell of someone else's sweat. The case was clean but the pillows themselves could do with airing out. Mattress is really soft which some people like but I woke up with a bad back from sinking into it too much. I've stayed in better places in Bologna for less money. Location is amazing though.
