We stayed in the room named "James Dean" in the 1st floor. And it had 2 terraces in 2 rooms. Quite nice and silent. Location, cleanliness, comfort.
Our receptionist Laura was very friendly and responsive.
The internet page was incredibly well-organized and full of many details.
Location is great, just a 15-minute walk to the center. The neighborhood seems safe and also full of life. With many pubs, restaurants, and shops.
Instructions for the garage entry are very detailed and useful. DO not use Google Maps to find the garage as the garage door is on a different street from the main gate. Also, consider that only residential cars are allowed in the zone, which confuses Google Maps. But my car navigation was perfectly ok.
All entries with same code was very practical, especially your are a family.
We loved the experience and that is why we have constructive feedback to improve :-)
1- The electricity sockets were too old and tight. My wife riderly suffered at teh ground to plug in coffee machine and water bolier every time.. I think you should definitely change them all. It is dangerous too. There were some little lights every time we charged our phones.
2- Pillows are not to my taste. It is too soft and made from fiber. 1 is not enough, 2 is too high.
3- Maybe in our luck, but when my son attempted to get a shower after me, the hot water was enough.

Perfect residence 10mn walk from Piazza M and garage under. Very clean and spacious flat combined with great customer service.
Well if they had a make mirror for my wife and two daughters that would have been a 10. Really nothing to say negative about this place.
