Perfect residence 10mn walk from Piazza M and garage under. Very clean and spacious flat combined with great customer service.

Well if they had a make mirror for my wife and two daughters that would have been a 10. Really nothing to say negative about this place.

Bologna is a dynamic and fascinating city with tons of great restaurants and people watching.

Location was great. Even t hrough this is up against a street which is under construction, we were placed in a room away from the construction so had no noise. The room itself is non-smoking but the pedestrian traffic below is very smokey, so you may have to close the windows if you are sensitive to cigarette smoke.

Great location, seasonal AC shut off too early

Great location walkable to everything. Very kind staff who helps in any way they can. Lovely having a refrigerator and espresso maker in the room. Easy access in and out.

The AC was turned off for the season but it was still warm out in late Sept and the room was very warm. Reception staff was super kind and on second night, bought a tower fan for us which helped a bit but it was still not comfortable to sleep in and at $300 per night, I want to be comfortable. Bed was ok, two twins pushed together.

Lovely property, in very central part of Bologna! The unit was very spacious, well equipped and it made our stay in Bologna very pleasurable. We will be definitely coming back! 10/10

Lovely apartment, perfect location.

Very centrally located, easy to check in, and a lovely short walk to the centre. The instructions provided to enter the parking area were very clear and communication from the residence was informative and helpful. The apartment itself was perfect for two - the air conditioning was very welcome and the place was spotlessly clean, with great facilities. We will, without a doubt, stay again when back in Bologna. Also, lovely restaurants, bars and cafes were just a few steps up the road.

Good location to walk into the city, or catch a bus, and with a great selection of restaurants nearby. Apartment was large, really well equipped, clean and quiet. Good parking and directions. Free washing facilities.

Exceptional

The location and cleanliness of the rooms. I also liked the name of the apartment: ‘James Dean’ and all the pictures on the walls. The whole atmosphere was nice and cozy.

I wish there was a bottle of mineral water in the refrigerator for welcome especially when people arrive after 23:00 🙂

Great location, very clean, great kitchen

Good location, lots of restaurants/bars around and nice ~10 mins walk to Piazza Maggiore. We were able to check-in also slightly earlier than normal and everything was done without a human contact (through a code we've received via e-mail). Room was spacious, kitchen was well equipped, and there were some small nice surprises waiting for us in the room (tote bag, map of the city, slippers).

The bed was ok, but slightly hard for what we are used to. And this was really the only thing that we could find which could've been better for us.

Brilliant accommodation choice

Brilliant location, 7/8 minute stroll from the main piazza, with lots of great shops & cafes around. Spotless studio apartment with combination entry so no keys to lose/forget. Very comfy with large bed, sofa, table & chairs and a fully equipped kitchen, although for once we didn't use this as the eating out is why you go to Bologna! 😋

Nothing really, receptionist downstairs happily booked us a 4am taxi for our early flight home. We loved Bologna and will stay at Adriano when we return.

Great stay at Bologna

everything was great, really close to the city centre! the room was clean and beautiful. There is elevator to reach the rooms. All the staff were always more that helpful to anything. We would definitely recommend it.

Stay at Adriano Residence!

Adriano is located on up and coming Via San Felice minutes from Piazza Magiore and all of Bologna Centrico. Great fashionable shopping, typical Bolognese dining, local coffee and wine & cheese shops. Really don't need to leave the 'hood to enjoy all Bologna has to offer. Lots of room, dining table, smart TV, great fridge with large freezer and a large and powerful shower with hot hot water. The coded entry is a great way to avoid complication and keys.

Very minor nit.....the light switches and lighting are not exceptional. Maybe a few more wine glasses in pantry?

The quiet floors were great, excellent shower, super clean, beds comfortable. Laura provided us with mire blankets when needed. Good location, ten mins walk to centre, away from the crowds.

Amazing stay!

The property is located a short walk to the centre. There are a lot of shops, restaurants and bars nearby. There is a lovely restaurant a few doors down called La Bella Napoli where we ate twice as the staff and food were so good! The apartment was clean and was equipped with everything we needed, including an iron and ironing board. I would highly recommend this apartment and would stay there again if I went back to Bologna!

Superb

Perfect place for family of 3-5 people. Good location in the centre of the city. A lot of restaurants nearby (we especially liked Trattoria Baraldi and IL ROVESCIO) and if you like tasty dessert with cup of good tea or coffee - Gamberini Cafe is 8-10 min walking to the Centre. Special thanks to a very attentive and helpful staff (we solved all doubts by WhatsApp). Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Parking inside (not cheap, but worth it). Fast exit from the city to go to airport, Florence or Venice by car (always book Parking in Venice 24 hours before, otherwise impossible to park).

Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms

Knowing that the residence was once a cinema, I liked the idea of naming each room after a movie star. I was sad to see that inside the room the cinema theme was completely missing. I'd suggest to replace the paintings inside the room with movie posters featuring the actor or actress giving their name to the room.
