Clean and attractively priced, but very spartan.

There is always someone at the front desk and all of them were outstanding and friendly. The room, while spartan, was quite clean. The location was ideal for my trip.

No inside latches on the door. The safe was not working and I was told they've not been working for some time. No "Do Not Disturb Sign" in the room, and told none exist when I asked for one, so there was no way to not have room service come on a particular day. I would inform the desk person to not have the room serviced on a particular day, but that was hit or miss. Only one extremely small shelf in the bathroom and no drawers or shelves in the room. There was an armoire with few hangers, but it also used to store blankets, sheets, etc.

Exactly what we needed.

The location was good and a simple but excellent breakfast was also included. And we had a really good recommendation for dinner.

A clean quiet room and good hotel location and friendly hotel staff made for an enjoyable stay.

The staff were efficient and friendly. The room was clean, of a good size, and very quiet. A free breakfast was provided which was most welcome in the mornings.

The room was a little hot and the heating could not be turned down. There was one lift which was not too big. Apart from that everything was fine.

Staff tried hard but road works against them.

Staff excellent and location good. The problem is mainly due to the road works. Dust and noise everywhere.

3 beds in the room made the room feel larger but meant there was very little floor m space. Shower steop too close to wall. Dangerous. One lift.

Fine for older budget hotel, interesting areas near by, just missed couple of the modern features.

All good couple small problems that staff sorted out and where very good. Friendly breakfast service. Decent sized room.

No casting to tv, no fridge or tea making facilities. Construction outside though this is temporary. Not much sound proofing.

Disappointing do noise and overdue maintenance

Staff is friendly and helpful

Rooms are noisy, a snoring neighbour kept me up. The rooms are old, for instance the shower fittings were leaking. Some simple things were missing, like a soap tray in the shower. It shows a poor understanding of what visitors need

Nice for a short stay.

Great location, friendly staff, nice hot shower, simple breakfast was included, the room was clean.

It all seemed a little dated and needing a bit of renovation. The room was quite dark with a small window.

It was ok but 15 min walk from main piazza and towers

The front desk didn’t tell me I needed a card to turn the lights on. He gave it to me but I just thought it was to get into room. They also gave me keys. The guy I don’t think could speak English, but you live and learn.

classic Bologa - great price and quality

Location is great, right on the edge of the city centre. It's about a 10 minute (covered) walk to the main square. Breakfast is simple but hits the spot. Staff is very friendly and helpful and there 24 hours. Room was huge for the 4 of us with a very nice bathroom and shower.

Neighbourhood seemed a little rough on the edges, but added some charm. Very easy to reach from the airport, just 23 EURO. Recommend not to take the airport shuttle as that's far more expensive and uncomfortable.

It has the absolute necessities but wasn’t comfortable.

AC wasn’t working. It was a really warm night. Shower wasn’t draining. Toilet wasn’t flushing well.

Good price but cannot say that it is good value for money.

Location is fine. Staff are very helpful and they are the ones who keep the hotel viable in our honest opinion.

Overall hotel facilities need serious improvement. Lifts unavailable at times (either because they are not working or because the cleaners continually block them in a specific floor for their use). Air-conditioning not capable to serve the whole room adequately. Bar / refreshments lacking from the place. Wifi not available / reachable in rooms.

A good budget accommodation

Stayed for one night, everything was ok - good location, helpful staff, good wifi, good price. Italian breakfast was offered free of charge.

Room was basic, but functional and clean. No electronic socket near bed for charging mobile phone during the night.

Dismal

Sorry to say that there was very little to like at this location apart from the very friendly and helpful young man on afternoon/evening shift.

Extremely basic room. Elevator was also used by cleaning staff. On day of departure I had to remove a cleaning trolly and huge bags of linen from the elevator in order to descend with our luggage.

Exceptional

Very good for its value! Located right in the centre but far away enough from the noise, has supermarkets and pharmacies around it. Rooms get cleaned daily. Good bathroom. Furniture is a bit outdated but is sturdy, beds are comfy, TV and WIFI and small breakfast are included too! Staff is really nice and helpful, reception desk is very welcoming. I stayed there for 4 nights over the New years, couldn't have wished for better service.

The walls are a bit thin and you can clearly hear the voices from people in the hallway (4 rooms per hallway, didn't bother me too much), loud talking, or blow-dryers through a wall, especially in the mornings.
