Great location and lovely staff!

It was a lovely stay and a great location for us. The room size for an American was small and unfortunately there was a slight sewer smell that was bad. The location was great and all else was very good. The breakfast was very good and the staff were all fabulous. The last item that was a bit concerning was paying the city tax in cash - this made it a bit difficult for us as we use a credit card only.

Nice basic stay in Bologna

Location was okay – within walking distance of the main attractions and station, although Bologna is on the smaller side. The bed was comfortable enough and we slept well. The breakfast spread was reasonable with savoury options like eggs and bread, plus cereal, cold cuts, fruit and sweet treats.

The room was very basic. Air conditioning was a bit iffy. Couldn’t really figure out how to work it as the different settings didn’t seem to make much of a difference. It would have also been really nice to have had a kettle in the room so that we could make our own coffee, especially as the coffee served at breakfast wasn’t to our taste. However, there was a cafe just 3 minute walk away that served great coffee so highly recommend that (Forno Brisa, FYI). Shower is also on the smaller side which could be an issue if you’re a larger person.

Nice clean hotel with friendly helpful staff in a convenient and quiet location. Decent selection for breakfast. Comfy bed and decent air conditioning.

Nice place but lack of a/c is a problem

The lack (either permanent or as it was broken) of air conditioning in my room is a real issue. I visited in the middle of April and even though it was probably hotter than usual at this time it was much cooler than at other times during spring and summer. Without a/c the room was basically too hot to sleep in. Opening the window (even if ignoring the noise from the street), doesn’t really offer any help as there is no breeze. I am afraid without a/c my room would be not very well usable for large parts of the year. This is a real shame as I liked the hotel a lot otherwise.

Comfortable hotel with no surprises.

Breakfast was a bit ordinary although the coffee and some of the sweets were quite tasty. Location was good, just a bit outside all of the tourist buzz, but still very accessible. comfortable with no surprises.

The hotel room was noisy. We could hear the conversations of our neighbors word for word when they were around. Also the heating was hard to control which lead us open the window. That way we were enjoying a many a street conversation during the night

2 giorni di coccole

Hotel ottimo, elegante, colazione semplice ma completa e variegata con vari prodotti sia dolci sia salati. Personale molto gentile e disponibile sia a colazione sia in reception. Disponibilità a tenere i bagagli fuori orario. Comodissimo per arrivare al centro con una semplice passeggiata di 15 minuti e a 20 minuti a piedi anche dalle stadio.

Unica pecca sono state 2 tisane a 11€. Tornati dalla cena in centro, non avendo bollito in camera abbiamo chiesto 2 tisane nella hall e ci sono state fatte immediatamente ma al check out ci sono stati chiesto 11 € nonostante nel listino prezzi non fosse indicato. Da un 4 stelle forse mi sarei aspettato fossero offerte ma ciò non macchiano comunque il nostro pensiero sul fatto che sia un ottimo hotel.

Hotel accogliente e carino

La colazione era buona, c'era varietà sia dolce che salata. La stanza era carina ma soprattutto pulita con dei buoni prodotti per il bagno. È uno di quegli hotel un po' anni 90 che però sono proprio belli nel periodo di natale tutti addobbati e con la musica natalizia bella. Lo staff super gentile e carino, ci hanno accomodato per un problema che abbiamo avuto ma sempre gentilmente e con il sorriso. Non è centralissimo ma comunque a piedi arrivi in centro in 15 minuti. La parola giusta è accogliente. Torneremo sicuro.

Buon soggiorno ma con diversi punti da migliorare

Posizione ottima, il centro è raggiungibile a piedi. Ottima anche la colazione : sia dolce che salata, molto buona e tutto fresco. Molta varietà. Ottimo il servizio taxi.

La nostra camera era in una dependance : questo era scritto sulla prenotazione ma non me ne sono accorta. La dependance è fuori dall'hotel in un altro edificio e la stanza era fredda quando siamo entrati perchè il riscaldamento era spento nonostante lo avessimo già fatto presente alle 15 al momento del check in. Alle 19 quindi la stanza era gelida e il termometro dava 18 gradi. Abbiamo chiamato la reception e la ragazza che è venuta prima di tutto ha cercato delle scuse in modo anche poco cortese. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere dei piumini perchè sui letti c'erano solo delle coperte e vista la stagione e i 18 gradi, non sarebbero state sufficienti. Ok che la camera era nella dependance ma credo che per il prezzo pagato, i servizi sarebbero dovuti essere gli stessi delle camere nell'edificio centrale. La stanza non era particolarmente pulita : molta polvere sul calorifero quando lo abbiamo acceso, è caduta tutta per terra. POlvere nell'armadio e il bordo della doccia particolarmente pieno di calcare.

La ducha es hiper minúscula, es para matarse. La persona con la que viajé y yo somos pequeñas y delgadas. Un disparate total. Tuve que ir a la peluquería porque sino no había cómo lavarse el pelo, lo menos pasé un rato divertido. Las sábanas agujereadas. El edredón tenía una mancha gigante de mejor no saber qué, pedimos que lo cambiarán.... ahi debe seguir asustando a clientes.

Rendkívül jó helyen van, megközelíthetősége remek, de csak gyalog. Kocsival plusz engedélyt kell kérni. Most a villamos felújítás miatt katasztrófa a megközelítése, egyetlen térkép sem tudja helyesen mutatni.

Bár úgy kerestük a szállást, hogy parkolóval, és ingyenesen, érkezés reggelén kaptunk egy levelet, hogy a hotelnak nincsen parkolója, de alattuk van egy, ami 35€ / éjszaka!!! Nyilván mit tud tenni az ember, nagyjából akkor már semmit. De nem tartom korrektnek a hozzáállást.

Jestem oczarowany Bolonią i lokalnymi mieszkańcami.

Wiecej niz typowy hotel włoski, wygodny pokój dobrze wyposażony. Sniadanie obfite i różnorodne. Niezwykle pomocny i sympatyczny zespoł osób na recepcji -zwłascza Gennaro and Davide. Chętni i skuteczni - np. w zdobyciu rezerwacji w super restauracjach. Dobra lokalizacja do zwiedzania miasta.

Przydałby się czajnik do gotowania wody (herbata) w pokoju. Jest także trochę mała kabina natrysku w łazience (choć tego nie da się przerobić). Lecz ogólnie jest b. dobrze.

Prima verblijf in een goed hotel op een goede locatie

De kamer was niets mis mee. Alles was heel netjes en schoon. De bedden waren prima, de badkamer was heel schoon, de douche was prima. We hadden elke dag schone handdoeken.

Accueil très bon, de bonnes explications et en Français en plus. Il faisait chaud mais la clim avait été mise donc il faisait très bon dans la chambre. Peu de bruits. Très bon petit déjeuner.

Les 2 lits superposés étaient assez petits. Parking pas simple dans le quartier.

Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie. Bardzo miłe i uprzejme Panie w recepcji.

Pokój przed naszym zameldowaniem nie został odkurzony. W pokoju unosiły się delikatny zapach kurzu oraz w każdym rogu pokoju znajdował się kurz. Na śniadaniu niestety nie było donoszone jedzenie które się skończyło, przez co finalnie był mały wybór posiłku.

Nel complesso, un buon soggiorno.

Lo staff dell'Hotel Re Enzo è stato estremamente cordiale e disponibile. La colazione abbastanza ricca e il personale di sala professionale e cortese.

La tenda della stanza un po sporca e il cintino della tapparella abbastanza usurato. Da una stanza all'altra purtroppo si sentivano le conversazioni degli altri ospiti.
