Everything was very good!!! The only thing was that we had room 101 so if there are people coming in after you go to bed the headboard is on the wall of the elevator.

The rooms were located in a next by condominiums building, quite depressing. We had to adk for toilet paper, tea bags that were missing,tea cups were not washed. Also the carpets in the corridor were never vacuumed. We stayed for 8 nights. Breakfast was ok.

Good for a 3 night stay. Front desk (Sara & Davide) were helpful with restaurant recommendations and booking my airport taxi. It’s a 17 minute walk to the city centre - the restaurant Da Me is close by and a must visit. Reservations needed. The breakfast is continental - fruits, ham, cheese, yogurt, pastries. Ask about the eggs. I had no idea when housekeeping would come as there was no do-not-disturb sign for the door. I only learnt of the option to leave the key at the reception upon check out. It’s a physical key so safety snd privacy is essential.

Disappointed in the room 😞 Shower was the size of a postage stamp. You could not bend over to shave legs. There was mold up and down the tile. Cleaning of bathroom was so so. Not the best part of town (kinda ghetto). Would prefer closer to the vibrant part of the city . Reception area and breakfast area were very nice. Breakfast had a great variety. Hotel staff very professional.

I stayed a whole week at this hotel, and found it charming and relaxing. Very friendly and helpful staff, nice area with some good restaurants very close and a short distance to the city centre.

My experience was an absolute nightmare. They managed to botch my reservation, gave me the wrong room, and then offered another that wasn't ready. The hotel felt incredibly fake, as if they were trying to deceive and rip us off. Adding to the misery was the abysmal breakfast, outdated rooms that looked nothing like the pictures, and the false promise of parking, which turned out to be non-existent. Right from check-in, it was clear that the staff had no clue what they were doing. They couldn't get my reservation right and shrugged off their mistake. The room they eventually gave us was outdated and worn down, not at all like the enticing images they displayed on their website. The hotel's fake facade extended to the lackluster breakfast, which consisted of stale pastries and tasteless fruit. Meanwhile, the so-called "high-speed" Wi-Fi barely functioned, leaving me even more frustrated. Adding insult to injury, the hotel had claimed to offer parking, but when I arrived, there was no such facility. I had to waste time searching for parking in the area, feeling deceived and let down once again. To sum it up, my stay was a prime example of false advertising, deception, and incompetence. The management seemed more interested in making a quick buck than providing a pleasant experience for guests. Spare yourself the misery and steer clear of this disastrous hotel. There are plenty of other options in the area that actually deliver on their promises.

The room was too small for two people. The bathroom was too small and did not meet the standards for a 4 star Hotel. The door of the shower cabin didn’t close. Care products in the bathroom were provided only very sparingly. Although due to the floods in Emilia Romangna a trip to Bologna was not advisable the management was not willing to find a goodwill solution/to cancel the reservation. Price–performance level does not match.

The hotel is really nice and clean.. My bedroom was clean too, However since i walked into the room I could smell something not right. The toilet room stank of sewer. When i realised it was late at night and i was too tired to ask to change room. And a note to the manager/owner.. the hotel is really nice but furniture needs an upgrade. They’re simply too old. But that’s my opinion

The hotel was nice and not too far away from the city center. My room had a wonderful balcony overlooking the city. However, there were few things that could be improved. First of all, the toilet was a bit outdated and the toilet was having a constant noise. Secondly, the light switches looked really dirty. Finally, the room was quite cold and you couldn’t modify it.

The hotel staff is really great, all very friendly. My room was rather small, but did have a comfortable double bed. The AC was so-so. The internet was fast and reliable. Parking was on site, but a killer. Roughly €25-30 a night. The hotel is in the city center, so not much choice regarding parking. From the hotel to Piazza Maggiore is maybe a 10 minute walk. Tons of restaurants, sights and shops within that 10 minute walk. I would definitely stay here again.

Where do I start? I arrived in Bologna 10pm with a tired toddler, took a taxi to the hotel and it’s closed, I called the number outside and they told me that the hotel was closed and hadn’t reopened since COVID lockdown yet they are advertising on Expedia still, they offered me an unsuitable alternative hotel. When I called Expedia they first seemingly say that the hotel is open and they don’t know what I am talking about, then they say they are having a deep clean on my room so it’s not available......the whole hotel was closed, nobody there, 12pm at night with a 4yr old child I am sat in a restaurant trying to debate with Expedia that I am not a liar and the hotel is in fact closed, I had to bite the bullet and pay for another hotel, taxi to get us somewhere to sleep Would I suggest you use this hotel, no, no I wouldn’t and I really hope you take your business elsewhere.
