Clean, comfortable, modern, well-located, excellent value for money

A really nice place. Tastefully decorated and modern. Very comfortable. In the centre of town; not a long walk to the tourist attractions but also not far from the Central Station.

Communications on how to enter the property were quite slow in coming (we wanted to leave our luggage in the morning but had no comms until the very last minute). Otherwise a perfect stay.

Stressful at first. Comfortable once we got into the accommodation.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was within a 20min walk of the main sites.

It is a strange set up as there were 3 separate bedrooms, each locked within 1 apartment which is locked, within a condominium block which is locked. It was difficult to gain access to the condominium as no instructions were sent prior. We arrived at 15:00 check in time we were standing outside the block for 20 minutes not being able to gain entry. An elderly gentleman arrived to go into the block and he let us in. However we still had no way of getting into the apartment and rang the doorbell many times then one of the guests, who was on his way out, opened the door and explained to us he had difficulty when he arrived as well. He explained the complicated procedure to gain access to the condominium and then apartment. We didn't know which room was meant to be ours as there were 2 free. We then received a text at 15:27pm from the owner explaining how to get into the apartment. TO THE OWNER: You should make people aware of check in procedures when they book, and at minimum 1 week prior to their stay. It is very stressful arriving at an accommodation and not being able to access it. We have stayed all over the world and have at no time encountered such a complicated check in procedure as this one.

Everything I needed for a comfortable, easy stay in Bologna

Great location. Quiet, yet near all the major sites and San Felice and parallel street were both lined with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants to choose from.

Not much in the way of utensils etc if you wanted to cook for yourself. I didn’t so I wasn’t concerned by that.

Comfortable bed and lots of space. Didn't use the kitchen but it's there to be used if needed.

You can hear others entering the building quite loudly and there's a lot of noise from compliance like the fridge, A/C etc...

Lovely room at just 20 minutes from the city center. Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with every amenity you could need. Peaceful and quiet—perfect for a relaxing stay. Highly recommended!

Quiet and close to city center

We really enjoyed the location! It's 12 minutes from city center and very close to other points of interest. The room has all the comforts needed. It is a safe place and really peaceful (we heard birds singing during the early mornings). I totally recommend it!

great place for couple for the weekend!:)

I appreciate the very good contact with the owner, who speaks English well;) The apartment is freshly renovated and very clean. The whole facility is atmospheric and cozy. The room has air conditioning and blinds. A plus is also a nice location: 20 min to the train station and the center. There are also numerous grocery stores and restaurants in the area. I appreciate the availability of coffee in the room and sweet jugs to greet me. This is a very nice gesture.

The room is maximally adapted for 3 people (we were 4) There are only 3 chairs, lack of cups, cutlery and plates. In the kitchen I would add an electric kettle, cutting board, cups so that you can freely prepare breakfast and dinner. There is no dishwasher in the kitchen. The room is perfect for a short trip for a couple. With children there is no clothes dryer in the room, the windows can not be opened to dry something outside. The entrance to the property is also very complicated. You also have to carry luggage to the second floor without an elevator.

Purtroppo la camera era molto impolverata in alcuni punti; i muri erano sporchi e mancavano dei pezzi di intonaco. In generale consiglio di curare di più i dettagli, perché il potenziale c’è ma non viene sfruttato pienamente.

SOGGIORNO DA BRIVIDI! ESPERIENZA DA NON RIPETERE

desidero segnalare i gravi disagi riscontrati durante il mio soggiorno presso la struttura [nome struttura] dal 15/09/2025. 1. Colazione non inclusa: la struttura si presenta come B&B, ma non fornisce alcuna colazione, se non qualche cialda di caffè. 2. Grave problema idraulico: il 16/09, dopo soli 2 minuti di doccia, l’acqua ha iniziato a ristagnare fino a fuoriuscire nella camera da letto, bagnando il pavimento con rischio di scivolamento e possibile contatto con prese elettriche. A seguito della mia segnalazione, il proprietario è arrivato dopo circa 30–40 minuti, costringendo mia sorella a rinunciare alla doccia e causandoci ulteriore disagio. Una volta giunto, ha semplicemente asciugato il bagno e versato uno sgorgante chimico (Mr. Muscolo), pericoloso da inalare e da maneggiare senza protezioni. 3. Cambio stanza non adeguatamente gestito: data l’impossibilità di utilizzare la doccia, ci è stata offerta un’altra stanza senza preventiva pulizia, ma con solo cambio di lenzuola. Abbiamo accettato per necessità, in quanto mia sorella deve subire un intervento nei prossimi giorni e non potevamo rischiare ulteriori disagi. 4. Richiesta improvvisa di liberare la stanza: il giorno seguente il proprietario mi ha scritto verso le ore 9.00 imponendoci di lasciare la camera per nuovi ospiti. Poiché non eravamo in zona, ho chiesto che venisse offerto un taxi per rientrare e spostare i nostri effetti personali, ma tale richiesta è stata rifiutata. Sono quindi stata costretta a interrompere le mie attività e sostenere spese extra a causa della scarsa organizzazione della struttura. Ritengo che la gestione del soggiorno sia stata inadeguata, poco professionale e rischiosa per la sicurezza degli ospiti. Per questo motivo ho chiesto formalmente a Booking un rimborso parziale o totale della prenotazione e che vengano valutati i comportamenti della struttura, sono in attesa che Booking proveda.

Check in war leider nicht gut. Als wir dort anriefen hieß es nur man soll eine Nachricht schreiben weil sie nicht telefonieren wollen. Um 1:00 Uhr morgens wurde das Nebenzimmer gereinigt, dies war leider sehr laut !

Oda çok temizdi. Odadaki küçük mutfakta çoğu araç gereç vardı. Konum olarak da meydana yürüyerek gidilebilirdi. Ama hemen yakınında bir otobüs durağı da var. Onunla da gidilebilir.

Tek sıkıntı yaşadığım şey tesise giriş yaparken oldu. Birazcık zorlandım ama hallettim. Bence daha kolay bir giriş yapma yöntemi bulunursa daha iyi olur. Bunun dışında her şey güzeldi.

Un refuge calme

Grande pièce regroupant la chambre un coin télé et une kitchenette bien équipée. Une SDB séparée également bien équipée. Très calme.

RAS. Plutôt surpris par la gestion à distance sans aucune présence d'intervenants. Mais finalement ils gèrent ça très bien.

La struttura é pulita e accogliente. Tutto molto moderno e funzionale. La posizione é ottima perché si trova vicino al Paladozza (dove dovevamo andare noi), ma anche a una decina di minuti dal centro. Buon rapporto qualità- prezzo.

Posizione della struttura ottima, a pochi passi dal centro. Staff competente, cortese e pronto a rispondere ad eventuali domande. Stanza e bagno molto belli, accoglienti e pulitissimi. Tutto come da descrizione, ma ben oltre le mie aspettative. Inoltre, siccome era una vacanza per il mio compleanno, i ragazzi mi hanno fatto trovare in camera la torta con gli auguri... meravigliosi.

A casa de banho que não só tinha Leds no teto como também tinha uma coluna embutida no teto à qual era possível ligar via Bluetooth e funcionava super bem. Para além disso o alojamento era confortável e estava limpo
