I have stayed in the hotel on the End of November at a double size room. The bad was small so my feet (I'm 1.8) were out of the bad. The central heating is automatically close during the night and it is very cold in the room in the morning. Also, the shower is 60x60cm so no much space to shower yourself.

The AC is old, you can’t choose the temperature but mode ( min., medium, max.). There was small mold in the shower.

A comfortable, if pricey hotel, located some distance from the town centre.

Spacious room, efficient air-con, friendly staff, good breakfast.

It was not very central, about 20 mins walk to the centre. The shower was tiny, and only overhead, no hand-held fixture. Only one lift, so a long wait at busy times. Some maintenance needed in the lobby - there was a burst pipe one evening.

We enjoyed our stay

The hotel was lovely, on a quiet street, very well presented and clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was a good size for two people and our beds were comfy. The breakfast was really good, we were impressed by the range of what was on offer. The location was about 15-20 minutes walk from the city centre which we felt was good for the price.

Our shower was way too small (and we are small women), the shower head was also not movable so it was impossible to get in the shower without getting your hair wet or spraying water on the floor (though they did provide shower caps). I also find it a little strange that they charge €50 more a night for 2 people staying, usually you pay a supplement as a single person, not the other way round. Some of this was to cover the second person's breakfast but €50 seems steep to me.

Look elsewhere. Absolutely would not recommend.

Let’s start with the positive: The hotel is ideally located if you’re arriving in Bologna by car, because it’s just outside the traffic restricted area. Unfortunately, that’s it.

The door was paper thin and the lift was basically cutting through the room (very noisy). That was our own fault for booking an upgrade to have access to a balcony. The prices of the mini bar are pure extortion (10$ for a can of coke, no price list provided) and while clean, the room wasn’t anything close to «boutique» (which they claim they are). Some staff was very friendly, others very much were not. Also: no TV remote, only lukewarm water in the shower, broken window blinds, 2cm light leak below door, etc… you get the idea. Absolutely would not recommend.

Quiet comfortable hotel located close to public transport. Around 15 minutes walk from the City Centre. Good breakfast. Good restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood. Friendly staff.

Hotel was very comfortable and Segun was extremely helpful with any requests or questions we had.

You had a 20 minute walk to the square. The hotel was lovely and the gentleman at reception, Segun was extremely helpful. He gave us landmarks to visit and also gave us 2 recommendations for restaurants and they were both fabulous with authentic italian food.
