I had a pleasant stay at Avenue Suite, it was all I needed! Thank you.

The location was good, 1.5km to the city centre with lots of small coffee bars along the way Ludovica was very helpful and the communication was very smooth The system with codes to enter was no pbm For a hotel without a reception, it was all well organised. Thank you.

the first evening the elevator was not working to reach the 6th floor. But it was quickly fixed. So no issue really!

There was no breakfast included in the pack. The accomodation is very comfy and especailly self check in makes it all so easy ! The location is very good, not in the city center, but its walking distance, 10 min walk to the main attractions. So very easy to reach. The owener also helped us with finding the parking solution.

Soggiorno confortevole in ottima posizione

La camera era pulita, curata e confortevole, con un bagno moderno e ben tenuto. In stanza erano presenti tutti i comfort necessari, come riscaldamento, bollitore, cassaforte, armadio, prodotti da bagno e wi-fi. La posizione è molto comoda per raggiungere il centro, grazie anche alla fermata del bus nelle vicinanze. Il personale è stato sempre disponibile, gentile e professionale, rendendo il soggiorno piacevole.

La stanza era un po’ piccola e si sentivano chiaramente i rumori degli altri ospiti. Inoltre, la TV risultava lenta e spesso si bloccava, probabilmente per problemi di connessione.

BELLA ITALIA KURZTRIP

Die Unterkunft war sehr modern ausgestattet, sehr sauber, mit allen notwendigen Dingen ausgestattet und eingerichtet, sodass ich mich absolut wohl und wie zuhause gefühlt habe. Es war mit Abstand der beste Kurztrip meines Lebens ❤️ die Lage ist absolut zentral, ich habe mich sehr sicher gefühlt, man kommt sehr schnell ins Zentrum, um das Apartment herum gibt es einfach alles was man für den Alltag so braucht. Die Kommunikation mit Ludovica war absolut super. Mir hat es sehr gefallen, sodass ich immer wieder bereit bin zurückzukommen! Vielen lieben Dank nochmal für die wunderbare Zeit in Bella Italia 😍 Grazie!!!

A tulajdonos Ludovica nagyon kedves és segítőkész. A szoba és a fürdőszoba is ragyogó tiszta volt, a franciaágy nagyon kényelmes. Látszott, hogy minden apró részletre odafigyelnek. Nagyra értékeltem, hogy kávé és tea is rendelkezésre áll a szobában. A belváros egy 10 perces hangulatos sétával elérhető, nem érdemes buszra szálllni. A közelben több kávézó és étterem is elérhető.

La stanza è assolutamente nuovissima e pulitissima. È un po’ piccolina ma il materasso è comodo e la doccia molto ampia. La comunicazione è stata rapida e cordiale e sono stati anche molto disponibili a darci la possibilità di entrare un po’ prima dell’orario previsto per il check-in. È situata sul perimetro che delinea la fine del centro e per questo dista una ventina di minuti a piedi delle maggiori attrazioni in pieno centro ma la passeggiata sotto i portici è molto piacevole e vale sicuramente la pena.

La struttura era pulita, accogliente e moderna. Ottima posizione. La proprietaria cordiale e a disposizione in qualsiasi momento, ho trovato un asciugamano con una macchia e ha provveduto subito a cambiarlo .

Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole, non abbiamo avuto l'opportunità di conoscere la Guest di persona, ma è stata sempre disponibile e molto veloce nel rispondere a tutte le nostre curiosità. La stanza è stata molto confortevole con finiture moderne e molto apprezzate. Aveva tutti i servizi di cui avevamo bisogno e in aggiunta una smart tv, non scontata. Il riscaldamento tramite pompa di calore.

Leggermente distante dal centro, ma tranquillamente raggiungibile a piedi. In alternativa vicina a fermate dei mezzi di trasporto pubblici. Non offrono la colazione mattutina (come indicato nella loro presentazione). Per il resto non abbiamo trovato lati negativi degni di nota.

Todo, desde la decoración, comodidad y limpieza hasta la ubicación. Ludovica ha sido muy amable, nos facilitó sitios para desayunar, comer y tomar algún aperitivo. Muy pendiente por si necesitábamos algo.

Une agréable surprise, dans le calme et à deux pas du centre historique magnifique

L'hôtel est très agréable. Les échanges avec le personnel se font par messages, mais il est toujours disponible pour répondre et sympathique. La chambre est spacieuse et bien équipée, et l'hôtel est à 20 minutes à pied de la place centrale de Bologne. Pile le temps pour la marche digestive en rentrant d'un des restaurants conseillés par l'hôtel. Les deux que j'ai pu essayer étaient de très bonnes adresses !

Città da visitare perché ricca di storia

Camera e bagno spaziosi ,accoglienti ,silenziosi e puliti . Appartamento fresco di ristrutturazione e arredato con cura . Ludovica anche se nn l’abbiamo vista è pronta a rispondere in WA e a risolvere qualsiasi problema in tempo reale . Con una passeggiata di 20 minuti a piedi sei in pieno centro .

La pulizia delle camere viene effettuata solo con una permanenza di tre giorni . Tuttavia avendo noi bisogno degli asciugamani puliti ci sono stati forniti comunque . Se dovessimo tornare sceglieremmo ancora questa struttura .

Location piacevole, manca un po’ di personalità , l’ambiente risulta un po’ impersonale . Molto disponibile L’host che ci ha permesso di accedere prima alla struttura ed ha sempre risposto in modo tempestivo. Suggerisco di disporre dei portasciugamani da viso , diventa poco piacevole appoggiarli sul piano lavabo. La posizione molto buona per chi vuole essere nei pressi di PalaDozza.

Sehr neu und sauber. Gute Lage und netter Kontakt zu den Mitarbeitern! Klimaanlage vorhanden. Aufzug vorhanden. Und Supermarkt 1 Minute von der Unterkunft, sowie Bushaltestelle.

Das einzige was uns gestört hat waren die Kissen, die sehr hart waren. Und es wäre toll, wenn man noch eine zusätzliche Bettdecke hätte.

Sehr hellhörig, sowohl von der Hauptstraße vor der Tür als auch von den Zimmer nebenan (WC Spülung war extrem laut neben dem Kopfteil des Bettes zu hören), auch mit oropax. Kopfkissen sehr hoch und hart, gut für Seitenschläfer, aber nicht für kleine Personen, die auf dem Rücken schlafen möchten. Die Lage am Rand der Innenstadt war ok, allerdings teilweise als alleinreisende Frau ein mulmiges Gefühl am Abend direkt vor der Haustür, da etwas abseits der einsehbaren Hauptstraße.
