Great & recommended Accomodation in Bologna

Comfortable Accomodation, nice host, very clean, warm in winter, between train station and old city, very close to a supermarket & bakerys. it was possible to store our luggage for a couple of hours; would definitely stay here again

Great vibes, great location!

The house was very clean and smelled nice. The host, Federico, was always in touch with us and allowed us to leave our belongings there after check-out. They also left 2 coffee capsules, 2 tea bags, and 1 bottle of water in the room. The city center is about a 15-minute walk, and the train station can be reached in 10–15 minutes on foot. There are supermarkets and cafés just 2–3 minutes away.

Nice room, clean, comfortable, good location if you’re not looking for anything too busy but still walkable to the livel

They kindly allowed us to leave our bags in the room before check in/while it was being cleaned, which was great as we arrived quite early. The room was as expected, clean, good shower, location was quiet but only 15 minutes to the main centre.

Federico, the owner was of great help, very kind and communicative, always ready to help. Also made a web page with all of the restaurants, coctails bars, venues and attractions with guides with distances from the appartment and guidances! Top of the line. We will be back! Sfoglia Rina restaurant was perfect as recommended by our host!

Muy buena opción de alojamiento en Bolonia

La amabilidad del dueño, la habitación muy bien cuidada la estética, limpia, con vista a la calle.

La ducha del baño se tapaba y se juntaba agua. El único pero es que tuvimos que esperar hasta la hora del check in para poder dejar las maletas. De todas formas se entiende que no es obligación del dueño, pero en todos los otros lugares si pude hacerlo.

Localização e limpeza. O anfitrião foi sempre muito prestável. O facto de ser um quarto numa casa não é um ponto negativo, pois tem casa de banho privativa e é como se estivéssemos num hotel.

Mi estancia placentera en Bolonia

Una experiencia muy agradable, disfrutamos mucho la ciudad, tuvimos un momento "molto italiano" en nuestras vidas, más que en Roma. Definitivamente Bolonia es un lugar alque quiero volver. Se siente bastante la vida común de un Italiano, los paseos por las calles y callejones así como la plaza principal y el transporte los tiene uno muy cerca, G House te lo ofrece. Muchas gracias a Federico por todas sus atenciones y de la habitación no se puede decir más que "Excelente". Muchas gracias G House.

Bé, però alguna mancança

M'ha agradat la situació, a uns 15 minuts del centre de la ciutat, en un edifici d'apartaments gran però silenciós i tranquil. Hi ha llocs a prop per mejar alguna cosa i algun supermercat petit per comprar quatre coses. Quant a l'habitació, la mida era correcta, bona climatització, molt silenciosa, tenia nevera i televisió, endolls a prop del llit i un armari. El propietari es comuncia via whatsapp amb les inquilins, la qual cosa és bastant pràctica. Vam arribar d'hora i ens va indicar com entrar a l'edifici i a l'habitació per aquest mitjà i ens va permetre deixar les maletes tot i que encara no era l'hora d'entrada, o sigui que per aquesta part, molt bé.

No m'ha agradat el fet que en els tres dies (dues nits) que vam romandre a l'hotel no ens van netejar l'habitació (ja sabíem que les tovalloles no es canviaven, ens ho havien indicat abans). El wc està bé però té el sostre malament (la pintura està a punt de caure) i caldria u repàs de les juntures de la dutxa perquè hi ha fongs. Per altra banda, el dia abans de marxar a la nit se'ns va comunicar que havíem de pagar l'impos turístic i en aquest aspecte creiem que es podia haver demanat abans, en el moment del check-in ja que nosaltres marxàvem a primera hora de l'endemà. En altres hotels ho pagues juntament amb l'import de l'habitació.

La ubicación, ya que estaba cerca del centro y de la estación de tren. La estancia estaba muy limpia y con botecitos de gel de baño y jabón de manos.

La almohada era muy bajita y la nevera no enfriaba bien.

Stanza carina e posizione strategica

Stanza arredata con gusto, carina e confortevole. Posizione strategica, dista circa 15/20 dal centro storico ed idem dalla stazione. Federico, il proprietario, è un ragazzo gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli in custodia per poi riprenderli prima di partire.

Consiglio di mettere a disposizione degli ospiti un cambio asciugamani e kit sapone in più. Suggerisco anche di aggiungere qualche cialda caffè/te, una per tipo, secondo me è veramente poco. (la stanza non viene sistemata ogni mattina e per questo non vi è "rifornimento") Farei anche attenzione a rispettare quanto indicato in annuncio quali "extra inclusi". A noi era prevista, una bottiglia di vino come ben venuto ma non l' abbiamo trovata.
