Small but clean and comfortable room with ensuite bathroom, bar fridge, and small table and chairs. The host gave clear instructions and was kind. Secure entry into the building and apartment. It was around 20 minutes walk from the train station.
It was pricey, however, considering that it wasn't a full apartment. Beware of using Apple maps to get there: it gave wrong instructions.
