The room was on the first floor (second from the ground one) and the light in the main hall was turning off right in the middle of the staircase, which made the moving up and down insecure.

It was clean, the location was accessible and close the Bologna central train station. My train going back was about 3hrs earlier I was supposed to check out around 10am, but I asked the host if I could check out an hour later (11am) he agreed that was quite kind of him.

Good location, with a bakery just opposite for a convenient start of the day. Very friendly welcome from our host.

A bit noisy because of a terrasse just outside the window. But good window isolation and not lasting late at night.

Location is 10-15 mins walk from the train station. The room was spacious, clean, and well decorated. I had an expresso machine as well. The manager, Giovanni is really helpful and smiley person.

It is an appartment which was reorganized as a “hotel”. It is not suitable for groups and the rooms are poorly soundproofed.

Great place to stay in Bologna!

My room was large, comfortable, quiet and clean. The small fridge and coffee machine with coffee pods were a lovely addition to the room. Great to have a cup of coffee when you wake up first thing in the morning! By far the best shower on my current trip! The size of the shower itself was larger than most I have experienced in Europe, with a strong showerhead. Giovanni was super helpful throughout all stages of my booking and stay.

Excellent - cannot recommend this place enough! Comfortable and affordable!

Giovanni is a really welcoming host, he went out of his way to accommodate our needs. The place is spick and span, the facilities are new and the place is well-kept, right in the centre of Bologna yet away from the hustle and bustle. I can never recommend this place enough. Giovanni made sure to clean our place regulalry despite our relatively short stay. He also left coffee and water in the room.

The accommodation is quiet and very clean and tidy. The bed is very comfortable and there is an excellent en suite bathroom. Everything you need.
