Exceptional

New and clean accommodation with free parking on a practical location for catching a bus to the city center. The host was very helpful with letting us park the car and leave our stuff before check in time.

Pleasant

Good and safe parking for the car.

The breakfast is very poor given the price range of the room. Also the wall isolation is terrible so you hear everything that is happening in the other room and the kitchen.

The breakfast was not acceptable. Just sweet things. No cornflakes or musli. No warm food. No eggs. Just a lot of sweet buns in plastic

Great place!

The b&b looks very new and is very clean and comfortable. Great room, amazingly comfortable bed and pillows and a huge TV. The bathroom was great, although the water overflowed a bit in the shower at one point. The host was very friendly and accommodating! The location is in a quiet neighborhood just a couple of minutes away from the city centre by bus.

The breakfast had a lot of stuff but it was mostly prepackaged croissants and toasts which is personally not my taste. They do give you a bottle of water, milk, juice and coffee and tea so it's really not bad just some more fresh food would be nice

Great place to stay for Bologna visit (outside downtown)

Very friendly host ! Apartment was very clean and new. Coffee, biscuits, water available (fair use principle)! Cost free WLAN. Private parking spot (if available) for 8 Euro.

Nice place for exploring Bologna

Very nice room in shared apartment. Very convienient for visiting the town center. A little lack of kitchen remidies. But instead a lot of goodies for breakfast. We can surely recommend

La posizione soprattutto. Anche il letto era tutto pulito ed organizzato.

Ottima camera e giusta per trascorrere la notte in comodità.

L'ho scelto per la vicinanza a Villa Laura e per il parcheggio interno. Bella la camera, essenziale negli spazi ma confortevole! Bello il bagno tutto nuovo e funzionale. Un bel televisore smart davanti al letto per un po di relax. Pulito! Ottima la colazione (fai da te) con molte merendine e biscotti diversi, caffè, latte, acqua, yougurt e frutta. Comodo il parcheggio interno.

Avrei preferito qualche appoggio in più per i bagagli o per poggiare il vestiario.

Nette kamer met goede doucheruimte. Goede instructievideo om binnen te komen, maar een gastheer/vrouw vinden wij prettiger. We hebben niemand gezien. Ontbijt stond al klaar bij aankomst en bestond voornamelijk uit voorverpakte koeken. (Zie je in Italië wel vaker)

Geen stallingsruimte voor de fietsen. De B&B bevindt zich in een appartementencomplex.

Mi sono sentita a casa

La struttura è nuova, ben tenuta e confortevole. Il posto è tranquillo e silenzioso, vicino alla fermata dei mezzi pubblici. Io ho soggiornato al San Luca per una settimana per accompagnare ed accudire mia mamma che si è operata a Villa Laura ed il B&B è a 10 minuti a piedi dalla casa di cura. Un grazie a Vito e Francesco ed un abbraccio a Rossella che mi hanno fatto sentire a casa. Cristina

Lokalizacja blisko centrum Bolonii, nawet można przejść się na piechotkę. Fajny pokój, bardzo czysto, bardzo wygodne łóżko.

Słabe śniadania, za taką cenę śniadanie na słodko, jogurt i owoce, 1 woda to kiepsko. Bynajmniej dla faceta, mój mąż się nie najadał.
