Castiglione 27 Luxury Suite

We had the pleasure of staying 1 night in this amazing luxury suite, and everything was fantastic. The owners were very service oriented and extremely helpful. We had the most amazing breakfast prepared exclusively for us. We will be back.

we loved the design of the aparment as well as the location. also agents who let us in were more than helpful and smiling all the times. I would definetely recommend this apartment whoever visits bologne and if I will go again to bologne, this is the only place that I would stay.

I could write an essay about our experience. The owners seemed nice but I am not clear if they were simply incompetent or confidence tricksters. The flat is in a really great location, is a nice size, the bed was comfortable and we were given a nice [two, why two?] cake when we arrived. There was some nice furniture.

Remember we paying £400 a night for a 'luxurious' apartment. If I were paying £150 a night I would be less fussy. There were material misrepresentations in the description. 1) the 10/10 review was made by someone with the same name as the 'owner' which is suspicious 2) the bathroom was incredibly leaky with no walls and poorly designed. Not only could you not turn the lights on easily ie it was dark, there was nothing to contain the water and the design was not a wet room type so the water just went everywhere 3) the lighting was very poor and hard to use 4) there was no 'living area', rather a couple of old benches 5) we were offered a 'fantastic breakfast'. On the first day we were offered a load of stuff in plastic containers from Carrefour over the road. The next day they tried to make amends but still very third rate and chaotic. We went to cafes afterwards as easier 6) there was no second bedroom, we had to put our clothes on the floor 7) there was no coffee machine, we were offered instant coffee. We were told a coffee machine would be provided, it wasnt [oh and there was loose tea but no tea pot or tea strainer 8) the kitchen was poorly equipped with glasses and plates etc. There were no mats for the smart wood table. I am comparing this to a recent hire I made fore £120 a night for 4 people in my home town with an excellently equipped kitchen 8) the description offers room service, but when I asked for the plates from our breakfast [made by a rather scruffy looking man in a camouflage hoody] I was told that you usually had to pay extra 9) there was only one key to the property so room service could not get access: we had one tiny towel each which lasted 5 nights. 10) whilst the owners were not unfriendly, we were loath to complain so stayed remote, not least because we were concerned as to the consequences.

Daniela and Hugo are wonderful hosts and the location of the flat is excellent!

Atmosfera elegantissima: arredi antichi di pregio, dettagli curati in ogni stanza e una sensazione di casa bolognese autentica. Palazzina storica, posizione centralissima perfetta per girare a piedi. Pulizia impeccabile e grande attenzione all’ospite.

È stata un’esperienza splendida. Ugo è un host impeccabile: attento e disponibile. La suite è arredata con grande gusto, con autentici mobili d’epoca: si percepisce chiaramente la mano di un vero intenditore.

Il soggiorno è stato semplicemente impeccabile sotto ogni punto di vista. La suite è curata con una precisione straordinaria: ogni dettaglio, dai materiali scelti all’illuminazione, trasmette un senso di armonia, comfort e raffinatezza. Gli spazi sono ampi, silenziosi e perfettamente puliti, con una piacevole attenzione all’estetica e al benessere dell’ospite. La colazione è stata uno dei momenti più piacevoli: ampia scelta di prodotti freschi, dolci e salati di qualità, frutta di stagione, caffè ottimo e personale sempre sorridente e disponibile. La posizione è perfetta, centrale da permettere di raggiungere facilmente ogni punto d’interesse, ma allo stesso tempo tranquilla, il che rende il soggiorno estremamente rilassante. Ho apprezzato anche la gentilezza e la professionalità dello staff: accoglienti, presenti senza mai essere invadenti, con una sincera attenzione alle esigenze dell’ospite.

Onestamente nulla di rilevante, l’esperienza è stata impeccabile sotto ogni aspetto.

La suite mi ha veramente sorpreso con mobili e arredamento di spessore ed i letti erano comodissimi. Ritornerò sicuramente!

burası bir otel değil şehir merkezinde bir apartman dairesi. otopark daireye yakın bir yerde ama giriş çıkış çok zor rezalet. çok merdiven çıkmanız lazım asansör var ama sadece valizi ile 1 kişi çıkabilir. Otel sanıp Kahvaltılı aldık ama yürüyerek 5 dk mesafede bir cafede olduğunu öğrenince gitmedik.

Schönes Appartement in historischem Ambiente, sehr ruhige Lage und dennoch zentral. Kleine Mängel nimmt man gerne zugunsten des schönen Ambiente in Kauf. Ugo hat sich persönlich sehr gut um alles gekümmert und uns mit Tipps für das Abendessen versorgt. Der Parkplatz im angrenzenden Hof ist ein großer Vorteil im Stadtzentrum. Das Frühstück im Café Zanarini war hervorragend, wir konnten es dank des schönen Wetters draußen genießen.
