Very good stay. I completely recommend

Very good apartments close to the train station. It was very big, clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was amazing. Thank you!

The soundproofing between the apartments could be better, but it didn’t disturb me very much. From the street you don’t hear any noise. For such amazing bathroom it was very strange that there was no soap dish. It makes really a difference, so I would completely recommend to put it there

Great stay

A modernised flat unit and very close to the main railway station. The room was clean and comfortable.

Sometimes things can be over-modernised, the given door code wasn’t working but the staff via WhatsApp was very helpful. The air-con has standby mode & restrictions to work properly during my stay, others were perfect.

Perfect for the Budget Traveler

This is located fairly near the train station so was convenient and reasonably priced for my stay. It was comfortable and clean. For the price, it made sense to stah here for my first visit.

it a little hard to find despite the directions. More amenities such as a coffee maker with supplies for 2-3 cups of coffee would have been nice. It wasn't as close to the train station as I would have liked. I am an older traveler and think that a hotel with more amenities next to the train stration would have been better. For the price, this apartment is fine.

Hotel owner very responsible and kind, everything is okay

Hello, I'll write point by point. We chose this place because it was close to the train station, as we were going to Florence. - Very close to the train and buses, a bit far from the center for that reason, but very walkable (20 min). - The rooms were very clean and new. - I checked in early because I was pregnant, and the hotel owner kindly allowed it. He was very considerate. - The hotel owner was always available. - The bathroom and room cleanliness were good and as advertised. - The beds were comfortable and the lighting was nice.

Great choice if you stay a night

Location was super great for me, as I need to go to the airport next morning, so it’s located 3 minutes walk from the Bologna Centrale. Also very easy excess to the room, as was already said here. I liked that it’s clean, as is super important for me. The owner put 2 bottle of water also 😊

My feeling is that accommodation is good for one night, To make it more comfortable I was missing sleepers, as the floor is quite cold, also some more bath things, like soap stand for opened soap.

The service, staff, room, location and cleanliness was outstanding. I would recommend this to everyone. The rooms were spacious light, air conditioned and the bathroom was excellent. The owner contacted me to advise there was an issue with the plumbing and found me alternative accommodation in Centrale 1- which was also outstanding.

New and minimal design. Nice and spacious bathroom. Walking distance to the center and areas of interest or a very short and easy bus ride. Very helpful staff.

Die Lage war toll, das Zimmer war groß und wurde jeden Tag gereinigt bzw gibt es auch frische Handtücher.

Ottima esperienza

Camera con la giusta misura, ben insonorizzata, accogliente e molto molto pulita. Il bagno non e grandissimo ma molto confortevole e con una doccia molto grande. La posizione della struttura è ottima. Siamo arrivati in auto agevolmente e abbiamo parcheggiato in un garage privato adiacente alla struttura. A piedi sono 15 minuti dal centro e 3 dalla stazione ferroviaria. Il titolare è stato molto cordiale e disponibile nel darci indicazioni su dove cenare e cosa vedere.

Aggiungerei un cestino nella stanza. Ce n'e uno in bagno ma è davvero piccolino.

Heel fijne ervaring!

Heel fijne ervaring! De communicatie met de eigenaar verliep super vlot en correct, echt top. De kamer is heel mooi en wordt elke dag netjes schoongemaakt door een ontzettend vriendelijke dame – dat maakt echt een verschil. De ligging is ook een enorme troef: vlak naast het station én op wandelafstand van de stad. Alles is makkelijk bereikbaar. Absoluut een aanrader, wij komen hier met plezier terug!

La habitación es muy amplia, la cama muy cómoda y el baño enorme. Destacar la limpieza de la habitación. A 1 minuto andando de la estación y 20 min andando del centro.

Ottimo soggiorno in una posizione perfetta e un risveglio a sorpresa meraviglioso !

La struttura è moderna e ben tenuta, con camere pulite,profumate e spaziose. Ogni angolo dell’hotel sembra curato nei minimi dettagli, con un’attenzione particolare alla pulizia, che è uno degli aspetti che più mi ha colpito. La posizione è un altro punto di forza: l’hotel si trova in una zona centrale, (di fronte la stazione ) super consigliato. La posizione, già perfetta di per sé, diventa ancora più speciale quando si ha la fortuna di svegliarsi con il paesaggio innevato .

Struttura bellissima, curata e pulita! Aveva tutti i comfort per un piacevole soggiorno ed era in una posizione comoda, essendo a due passi dalla stazione dei treni. La consiglio vivamente!

Ci tornerei subito

La camera è spaziosa e nuovissima. La pulizia è impeccabile e sono anche stati carini a lasciare delle cialde di caffè per la mattina. Il letto è comodissimo. La camera è silenziosa.

La struttura si trova davanti la stazione centrale di Bologna in una struttura vecchia e residenziale.. solo la parte delle camere è ristrutturata. Per questo motivo, l'ascensore risulta vecchiotto.

Punto di riferimento per soggiorni brevi a Bologna

Ormai la nostra struttura di fiducia a Bologna. B&B a due passi dalla stazione, in posizione comodissima per chi voglia stare nei pressi della stazione - a 20 minuti a piedi dal centro. Le stanze sono nuovissime, arredate con gusto e spaziose. Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibilissimo.

Unica pecca l’assenza della colazione. Essendo un B&B, sarebbe comodo avere la possibilità di fare la colazione, anche offrendo la soluzione di voucher ai bar vicini.

El conjunto está bien, pero la ubicación es muy buena.

El check in resultó un poco demorado. Luego, siendo una persona con movilidad reducida, que tiene contraindicado subir escaleras, requiere que el ascensor ó elevador ofrecido funcione bien y esto no ocurrió siempre.

Super gut für einen Zwischenstop.

Das ist ein super Konzept. Personalfrei, für eine Nacht in Bologna sehr gut geeignet. Die Lage direkt am Bahnhof, ok, das wählt man freiwillig, aber in 10 Min Entfernung zur Altstadt. Parkgarage direkt unten im Haus. Super Sauber, alles recht neu, sehr gepflegt, Zimmer tatsächlich sehr ruhig nach hinten. Gerne wieder für eine Nacht in BO.

Tolle Unterkunft in Bahnhofsnähe!

Großes Zimmer, großes Bad! Sehr sauber, jeden Tag gereinigt. Tolle Nähe zum Bahnhof, zu Fuß ca 15-25min in die Innenstadt. Personal jederzeit erreichbar telefonisch, sonst alles eigenständig machbar (self Check-in und Check Out). Gepäck kann aufbewahrt werden im Vorraum der Appartments (mit Videoüberwachung)
