excellent stay in Bologna in a perfect room

Very easy to access from the trainstation which is right in front of the building. Walking distance to the city centre. Public transportation nearly and also easy to use. Room was super isolated, modern, all brandnew and very clean. Nice personal touch with my name on the bottles of water. Very helpful via whatsapp if I had questions. One card to open all the doors. All was perfect.

Perfect location for an overnight by the train station.

The location to the train station was amazing. Even the walk to old town was very easy. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants within minutes. The room was clean, safe and the building was very nice. We only needed an overnight and wanted a room we were confident would not be old and run down. The temperature was also easy to contro and the view was very nice. Bed was very hard but I prefer that.

It’s trivial, but the lighting was very cold, and if you have an aversion to perfumes, it might be a problem. I wish the room did not have scents added.

We loved the location, it was right by the train station which made travel super easy. The room was very clean, and the staff was super helpful and kind. We had trouble unlocking our room when we first arrived and the staff member who answered our call was so helpful, got it resolved instantly!

Awesome stay near Bologna Centrale

The self checkin was seamless. The room looks exactly like the pictures. It was clean and comfortable. The communication with the staff was easy. They are very helpful with our last minute request which I am really grateful. The location is very near to the Bologna Centrale. And there are many cafes around the accommodation. Would love to come back and stay at Bogna Centrale 1 again.

La pulizia e la qualità dei servizi offerti, completissimi, la tessera per l’apertura delle porte rapidissima e sempre efficiente oltre che comodissima, riscaldamento top insonorizzazione degli infissi (nuovi) top considerando la zona caotica e quindi qualità del sonno ottima.

La stanza aveva pochi punti di appoggio per mettere oggetti vari, e un cestino per la spazzatura più grande sarebbe stato più comodo

La communication avec Andrea était rapide et très professionnelle. Les instructions pour entrer dans la chambre étaient très claires. Andrea est arrangeant et très sympathique. Tout ce qu’il faut dans la chambre (couverture en plus, bouilloire, machine à café) Localisation parfaite à côté de la gare, près du centre ville et près de supermarché / laverie / commerces

Quarto estava bem limpo e o staff foi super atencioso, minha esposa não estava se sentindo bem e nos deixaram fazer o check in mais cedo. Localização muito boa, ao lado da estação e próximo a cafés, restaurantes, etc.

La ubicación es excepcional (justo enfrente de la estación de tren). La cama comodísima. El Propietario (Andrea) maravilloso y cercano. Todo perfecto. Ubicación inmejorable si quieres hacer excursiones en tren a Modena, Ferrara, Parma o Ravenna, ya que está justo enfrente de la Estación de Ferrocarril. Hubo un pequeño percance que se quedó en nada, gracias a la pronta respuesta de Andrea y maravillosa actitud en la resolución que hicieron que me sintiera súper tranquila y "arropada" en todo momento. MUCHÍSIMAS GRACIAS ANDREA!!! Sin duda volveré.

Kein Frühstücksangebot vorhanden; Lage zentral am Bahnhof, Innenstadt in 10 MIn. zu Fuß erreichbar. Ausstattung sehr modern und hell. Trotz zentraler Lage ruhig aufgrund gut schließenden Fenstern. Einchecken per Telefonkontakt und Whatsapp super.

Sehr zentral direkt neben dem Bahnhof, dafür sehr ruhig und man fühlt sich sicher, sauber. Sehr schönes modern eingerichtetes Appartment, unkomplizierter online check in, haben den Gastgeber nicht mal treffen müssen (positiv gemeint).

Une odeur de cigarette intense dans la chambre malgré que se soit non fumeurs. Si cela n’était pas une odeur de cigarette, l’odeur était tout de même très désagréable
