Comfortable bed good very clean room and bathroom good air con (just make sure the window is closed properly or it won't work) easy access and very attentive owner Andrea. Lots of information re surrounding areas and also left out luggage to see the sights.
Nothing.

This was a great hotel right across from the Bologna train station. It was automated check-in. I'd rather have a real front desk, but the staff was very attentive and kept in touch throughout the stay.

The location was brilliant, the room was a good size and the aircon was efficient.
There were no cups with the kettle. No point providing a kettle without a means of drinking something! The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. There was no lighting outside the flat at night time which was dangerous in the corridors. There was no bin in the bedroom. The safe didn’t work as it was broken.
