Spacious, clean, with ensuite shower room and centrally located with just 5min walk to Bologna Centrale. Staff at cafeteria, where we had our breakfast, were very friendly. We had our room done daily and towels changed as necessary. Water and coffee in the room. Easy check in. Instructions were sent with all the necessary information. Will definitely stay again if we come to Bologna.

Clean and well decorate, the bed comfortable and the location so Convenient.

At booking they should be more specific about the municipal tax that has to Be paid at the breakfast bar down the street, as you get there and get told that breakfast is included and free but you have to pay 6.50 € per person for a city tax😩

Great commuter hotel

The apartment was super clean. It was nice to have coffee and water provided too. Very close to the train station which was exactly what I wanted!

Super clean, easy to locate, convenient for the train & food options and safe for walking at night.

Location near the train station and a short walk to the hub of the town centre was awesome. The breakfast at the local cafe was delicious and ability to leave our luggage all day after checking out was a life saver - the staff there are fantastic: friendly, helpful and have great English too. We asked for a later checkout and were able to stay until 11.30am at no extra charge - they also offered an option to stay the full day with a small fee. The room is newly decorated, clean and spacious with a great A/C that's super quiet and the electric blinds that block out all the external light and a lot of the noise - not that it's that noisy.

The first time I stayed I had an ensuite bathroom, this time the bathroom was external and needed a separate key. It was for our own use which was great, just a bit blinding in the middle of the night needing to go out to the toilet as the hall lights come on automatically with movement sensors and are SUPER bright. Not sure if there is a way to dim these in night time hours or use less bright globes?

Everything was easy and convenient I’ve booked to come back at the end of my trip to Italy!

Big apartment with kitchenette, dining table and couch & separate bathroom. Excellent proximity to the train station and local eateries. Included breakfast and ability to store your luggage for the day (at the cafe at the end of the street) whilst you explore town. Dealing with the host both through booking.com and directly was super easy - quick responses and very clear instructions. The fridge had free water and other drinks you could buy at local prices and a caffe machina for the morning!

Perfect short stay accommodation

We choose the property because was very close to train station and for us was convenient For city historical centre is about 15 to 20 minutes walking , but is very enjoyable as you admire the symbol of Bologna “ the porticos “ Room was clean, tea & coffee facilities Still and sparkling water available also The host was kind enough to let us check in earlier than scheduled Bfast very tasty

To be fair everything was ok for our short stay I would say maybe a small fridge will benefit more for others longer stay guests

Amazing🤩

I really enjoyed my stay! The room was cleaned daily, there was a coffee machine, and the room itself was much more spacious in real life than it looked in the photos. The biggest advantage is the location — just a 3-minute walk from the train station, yet incredibly quiet and peaceful. Breakfasts were more than excellent, and the communication was outstanding: all the necessary information was sent to my email, and there were no issues with the lock. Highly recommended for anyone planning to visit Bologna for 2–3 days!

Fabulous!

It is incredible very large studio, very nice with kitchen, fridge, nice Tv, large bathroom, and the staff is very professional. Quite place, close to the station and centre, perfect breakfast at the bar, with salt sandwich and juice, croissant and coffee. I wil definitely chose this spacious place instead of hotel.

Bardzo wygodny, czysty, pełen komfort.

Śniadania bardzo smaczne - typowo włoskie, ale OK. Pyszna kawa lub herbata, do wyboru różne "kornetti" i słone panini. W barach obok apartamentu. Bardzo fajny pomysł. Wygodna lokalizacja - 5 minut od dworca kolejowego.

Wszystko mi się podobało. Nie mam negatywnych uwag.

Ottima esperienza

Soggiornato solo una notte con la mia famiglia( 2 adulti e due bambini), alloggio pulito e spazioso. Posizione comoda alla stazione e al centro. Particolarmente gradita l'acqua in camera gratis. Voglio sottolineare la fantastica colazione al bar e soprattutto la gentilezza delle ragazze. Grazie!

Foi agradável e muito bem localizado para quem pretende conhecer o centro histórico. Sugiro que se hospedam aqui, instalações amplas, limpas e agradáveis. Tudo a gosto, bonita decoração.

O check-in não ser personalizado. (Não fosse o empregado da limpeza ter aparecido e a arrumar-nos as malas teríamos de ficar com elas um par de horas! )

O quarto é super amplo e bem equipado com itens de qualidade. Super confortável para 4 pessoas. Além disso, a geladeira com alguns itens disponíveis foi uma boa surpresa. O café da manhã é delicioso. A localização é muito boa, do outro lado da rua da estação. O fato de poder deixar as malas no café antes do check-in e depois do checkout foi um diferencial sensacional. Super recomendo!

Самым удобным, было расположение отеля. В пяти минутах от вокзала и в 20 минутах ходьбы от центра. Я ездила в однодневные поездки по городкам рядом с Болоньей, и близость вокзала радовала. При этом, район тихий и спокойный. Окно номера выходило в тихий двор. Ежедневная уборка, всегда обновлялись бутылочки с питьевой водой.

Хотелось иметь холодильник в номере. И конечно, в следующий раз буду брать комнату с собственной ванной комнатой в номере. Совсем не удобно выходить в душ или туалет по ночам. Для этого нужен халат и тапочки.

Ubicado junto a la estación central de tren de Bolonia. Apartamento limpio, con detalle de botellitas de agua. El desayuno es en un bar cercano, donde te dan una bebida, un croissant dulce y otro salado. El anfitrión muy accesible.
