Todo. A destacar la cercanía a la estación (que también está cerca del centro) y las instalaciones de la habitación (es tal cual en las fotos, incluso algo mejor). Las ventanas insonorizan el ruido de los coches.

Struttura nuova e molto pulita, arredamento moderno, letto di grandi dimensioni e molto comodo. Posizione fronte stazione, abbastanza comoda per i transiti. Il centro si raggiunge a piedi con quindici minuti di passeggiata. Comodo il sistema di accesso autonomo. I gestori rispondono prontamente se necessario e sono stati molto gentili.

Andrebbe migliorata l'insonorizzazione.

The property was very modernized, clean and functional! The communication by the operations team is as amazing! They were very adaptable and accommodated me as my flight landed earlier than expected! Super grateful for the help. The property is extremely clean, fully remodeled and I would honestly live there!

I was a bit distrustful, since the few reviews seemed almost too good to be true and was completely surprised and overjoyed to find a place that's so inconspicuous-looking from the outside and so luxurious from the inside, at such an affordable price. I expected something minimalist and modern, but after riding the Wes Anderson style old timey elevator to the 2nd floor and entering the place, the hallway and the room both surprised me with its marble like floor and a bright and elegant light design. The design is more of a boutique hotel or a luxury spa than a cosy, homely style. In the room there's a comfortable bed, large windows with thick, elegant curtains (and sound proof windows) and a beautiful bathroom in the same, beige marble style. It was the most unexpectedly luxurious place I stayed in during my whole trip. There was a nespresso machine and some toiletries and a lot of fresh towels. The place was spotless, and you can tell that everything is probably quite new. It's almost across the street from the train station. I didn't meet any hosts or any other guests, the vibe was very private, quiet and anonymous. The place is self check-in and check-out and it was easy to do so. The host also sent a list of tourist sights and restaurants, but they were (as far as I can tell) just generic, typically tourist places, nothing you can't find by yourself. Overall, an amazing stay.

The location is quite shady and I didn't feel quite safe there in the evening, but this is typical with these locations close to the train station. Because of the location there's not a lot of nice bars and restaurants there, but the city center is right by (a couple of minutes of walking away). The host communicated a bit sparingly in the generic pre-written message type of way, which made me even more distrustful, but in the end everyhing was ok.
