Perfect!

The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. It was spacious, warm, and equipped with electric shutters – perfect for a great night’s sleep. The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from the city center and also very close to the train station. We really appreciated the high-quality toiletries, the complimentary coffee, and the sweet treats. Check-in and check-out were very easy, access to the apartament was convenient, and the host was extremely attentive and generous, even though we only communicated via WhatsApp. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable and clean

The accomodation was exceptionally clean and comfortable, in a great location, walking distance to the train station and the main city centre. The host was friendly and accommodating and gave us a great recommendation for dinner. Shower was lovely and had great heat and water pressure. Was also a big fan of the black out shutters. Would highly recommend!

Great, convenient location and amazing hospitality

Very nice accommodations. Clean, close proximity to train station and city center, quiet neighborhood. Another bonus is a great cafe around the corner. They also were very attentive and answered any questions we had plus gave great recommendations. Highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment with a wonderful host. I would stay here again

We only stayed one night in this gorgeous apartment, but I wish we could have stayed longer. I can't thank the hosts enough for helping me when I arrived in Bologna with my internet connection issues. Access to the apartment is via an app and key lock code which I could not access due to lack of internet, but they helped me troubleshoot the problem in order to get access to the apartment quickly and efficiently. The apartment is gorgeous, with a huge balcony (which we didn't have time to enjoy, sadly). I loved the coffee and snacks in the room. The bathroom is luxurious! The location is great. Nice and quiet and very close to the train station but easy to walk to the main sites

Enjoyed Bologna, Madame Bologna made it exceptional.

We cannot possibly say enough nice things about our day in Bologna. Our host went above and beyond, not only suggesting a restaurant, but also making reservations for us and then, as there were disruptions with our train from Rome, keeping tabs on us and keeping the restaurant updated with our later later arrival time. The place is spacious, modern, super clean with a very comfortable bed and a wonderful rain shower. Bed is very comfortable and we slept well. We did not have time to enjoy the balcony, which really adds another room when the weather is warm. Coffee and breakfast pastries were provided, always a nice and appreciated treat. Location is very close to the train station, and a short walk to Plaza Maggiore - the centre of town. We loved our time in Bologna, and when we come back, this will be where we stay. Highly recommended!!

Great location for train station and downtown that was quiet at night!

Madam Bologna was so kind and responsive to all our texts and emails and provided everything we needed to have a wonderful stay in Bologna. We do not have a foreign phone/internet package so when we arrived were unable to use the system set up. Fortunately, someone came out of the building and we could get into the apartment where she had handily left keys for customers like us. We loved the outdoor patio which we used a lot.

This location was perfect for accessing the old town on foot as well as getting to the train station for day trips. We felt very safe there. So glad we chose Madame Bologna! The host was very responsive and helpful to us. I suggest you have Wifi available to access the apartment.

Amazing stay & great host

· Very caring host, providing help with everything via Whatsapp, and patient with answering all kind of question, which left impression of being well taken care of and welcomed · Nice and modern apartment with terrace, very clean · Localisation in close distance to the station, and to the city center · Basket with snacks, and drinks in the fridge was a very nice touch · Could leave my luggage in the storage for some hours after checking out

· Checking in was a little bit complicated and tricky, and required assistance from the host · During my stay a central meter went down which resulted in no light and electricity, but it got fixed within 30 minutes, after getting in touch with the owner, so no big deal after all

Unexpected Delight

Madame Bologna room was close to the train station, so that was our major concern. We were delighted upon getting to the room. Bright, airy, with well functioning a/c. Coffee and assorted pastries were in a basket for our enjoyment. The patio space was fabulous in the morning for taking our coffee. A busy market with a grocery was in easy walking distance, so we got some items to put in the fridge in the room. The space was decorated beautifully and appeared newly constructed and clean. In short, this place was "a find". (Note that the building numbers are not that big, so you have to look carefully for the entrance, but once found, not a problem at all; also be sure to have a working phone, as you need to dial a phone number to gain access the first time into the building).

Lovely place with Amazing hosts

The apartment is located very close to the main train station of Bologna, but the old town is also not far on foot. The hosts are amazing, the kindest and nicest people you can imagine, and the place is extremely clean! The air conditioning is working well (no weird smell or noise) and the flat is very modern, they have automatic blinds on the windows so you can make the room dark and keep it that way. There are no noisy neighbours, the location is on a smaller street, so it is quiet. There are cafes, shops (a huge Coop with everything you might need) and diners close by. The rooms are not huge, so for us as a young couple it was very ideal. We only had one luggage with us, so we did not need that much space. Everything went well, the hosts go really above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. I 100% can recommend the place.

Wonderful stay at Madame Bologna.

Everything. The room was modern and spotlessly clean and had a lovely terrace. It had all we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment building is really secure and safe. There was luggage storage provided too which was a real bonus for us as our flight wasn’t until 11pm and luggage storage in Bologna is quite expensive. Great location situated on a quiet street within easy walking distance of the old town. Bologna Centrale is around an 8 minute walk so it's ideally positioned for exploring the surrounding areas by rail too. The communication with the friendly property owner is superb. She sent all the information we needed to make check in easy and was always on hand to help. I cannot fault anything about the stay and would 100% recommend!

Modern apartment. Very secure and well equiped. Great quiet location in a tree lined street about 10 minutes walk from the central square and close to the station. Good selection of welcome biscuits, cakes and croissant. A huge covered deck . Nothing missing.

Not really a dislike but getting in needed an app download for access to the first gate and main entrance door and a code for the apartment and internal door. Rather complicated but ok once you got it!

We really loved our stay there! The owner was very kind, even when we had a problem with our entering the apartment she was very helprful ! There is a cleaning service everyday and everything was really clean. The location is ideal to visit everything by walking. Thank you for this wonderful experience! Accessing the apartment is tricky if you're not tech savvy but again, staff were very patient and helpful so it was not a problem. I was able to safely store luggage before and after checkout.

The place is really beautiful and close to trainstation, you can walk pretty much everywhere. The staff is very kind and generous, they left snacks and soft beverages everyday. We had an easy communication. I highly recommend.

Logement idéal : propre, confort, bon emplacement

Logement idéal pour un découvrir la ville de Bologna. Très bien situé, proche de l’hyper centre touristique, tout peut être fait à pied. L’immeuble étant situé dans une impasse, il y a peu de circulation et l’emplacement est donc très calme. Le logement a tout le confort nécessaire, en plus d’être parfaitement propre. Conforme aux photos. Rien à redire. Nous y avons très bien dormi. Le petit balcon est un plus, ensoleillé le matin. Parfait pour y prendre son petit déjeuner. En terme d’accessibilité tout était bien expliqué et très clair. Le check-in autonome est un vrai plus lorsque l’on arrive tard dans la nuit par avion. À 15 min en taxi depuis l’aéroport, c’était parfait. Une bagagerie est également à disposition pour ceux qui le souhaitent après l’heure du check-out.

Essendo in zona molto centrale possono esse i un po’ di rumori provenienti dalla strada. Parcheggio a pagamento molto costoso, ma questo non dipende dalla struttura bensì dalla città di Bologna. Se si viaggia senza auto non si hanno problemi.

Consigliatissimo!

Camera e bagno ampia e spaziosa, con finestre e balcone molto ampi. Pulizia impeccabile. Posizione perfetta sia per raggiungere il centro città che la stazione. Gestore disponibile e gentilissimo. Macchina da caffè per poter fare anche ginseng e cappuccino e quella per il te. Sarà senza dubbio il mio nuovo punto di riferimento per i miei soggiorni a Bologna.

Tolle Adresse für einen Besuch in Bologna. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Kleiner Korb gefüllt mit Snacks, sowie Kaffee und Tee. Das war wirklich toll! Um ins Haus zu gelangen muss man eine App herunterladen- wenn man das einmal gecheckt hat, dann funktioniert das einwandfrei. Madame Bologna kann ich sehr empfehlen!

Immer wieder gern!

Das einchecken ohne Personal hat super funktioniert. Wir hatten Zimmer 2 mit einer tollen Terrasse. Auf der man sich toll ausruhen konnten von einem schönen in Bologna. Durch die Sackgasse war es für eine Stadt sehr ruhig und dennoch sehr zentral. Wir haben alles zu Fuß erlaufen. Auf jeden Fall wieder, wenn wir wieder nach Bologna kommen.

建物の位置が非常に分かりにくい。大きな敷地に三つの建物があり、街路からｍａｄａｍｏ　ｂｏｌｏｇｎａの標識を探したが、表示板が非常に小さく探すのに苦労した。街路から建物の敷地に入るためのカギ、敷地内の建物に入るのに鍵が必要であるが、特に街路から建物に入るためには解錠するたのアプリが必要であり英語力のない私には理解できなかった。アプリを使う解錠はやめてほしい。電話をしたら、電話口で子供の大きな泣き声があり、話ができない。接客マナーとしては最低である。住所を記載するだけではなく建物名称も記載してほしい。部屋に入るまで約２時間かかった。アパートメントは場所を探すのに大変苦労する。また、鍵の保管場所も探すのも苦労する。解錠する方法をもっと簡単にしてほしい。電話口で子供の大きな泣き声が聞こえないようにしてほしい。

Propreté et confort de la chambre.

Aucun accueil. Tout s'est fait par téléphone (alors que notre hotesse ne parlait qu'un anglais approximatif, et que nous ne parlons pas italien) et à notre arrivée: personne sur place ni même au téléphone. Nous sommes rentrés dans l'immeuble grâce aux voisins,et ensuite apres plusieurs appels elle nous a donné les codes de l'appartement et de la chambre par téléphone..Nous avons envoyé nos papiers d'identité par téléphone et laissé les taxes dans la chambre.... Mais le lendemain notre hotesse nous a téléphoné pour s'assurer que nous n'avions pas oublié... Passe-t-elle parfois sur place???
