Luxury Station Suite

Great communication about how to check in with very friendly staff member. Very close to the train station so perfect if travelling to and from the city via train. A modern room that was clean and well maintained.

A 15 min approx walk to the centre of the city. was not really an issue for us but i would say not suitable for people who do not want to have to walk too far to get to the main attractions

The room was much bigger than I had expected and very clean. It had a large bed, soft bath towels, disposable slippers, tea/coffee and also a few treats in the fridge which was such a bonus after the whole day travelling and arriving late at night. Check in was very easy, no need to use the codes or keys, I only had to click on the link I got from my host Alessio and the doors opened then 😊 Communication with Alessio was superb, very responsive and helpful. The building is very close to the train station which was extremely handy in the morning. I'll definitely stay again if in Bologna in the future!

The property is decorated and furnished to a high standard and is very comfortable. If you are arriving by train, as we did, it is 100m from the station. In any way it is also an only a 15 min stroll into the wonderful centre of Bologna. I must also mention the host Alessio, who is brilliant. He responded instantly to all of my WhatsApp messages, which is very reassuring. He also left water and soft drinks in the mini fridge for us, which was a lovely touch. I noticed in other reviews, before I stayed, that some people have said that it was complicated to access the property. I cannot understand this! Alessio sent a link via text, click on the link and 3 buttons appear, one for each door. It really is that simple.

Super convenient to train. Quiet and comfortable. Host was very help with issues.
