The property is decorated and furnished to a high standard and is very comfortable. If you are arriving by train, as we did, it is 100m from the station. In any way it is also an only a 15 min stroll into the wonderful centre of Bologna.
I must also mention the host Alessio, who is brilliant. He responded instantly to all of my WhatsApp messages, which is very reassuring. He also left water and soft drinks in the mini fridge for us, which was a lovely touch.
I noticed in other reviews, before I stayed, that some people have said that it was complicated to access the property. I cannot understand this! Alessio sent a link via text, click on the link and 3 buttons appear, one for each door. It really is that simple.

Super convenient to train. Quiet and comfortable. Host was very help with issues.

The apartment was very convenient for the railway station and for walking into the city.
It was spotlessly clean and comfortable.
We arranged early entry at 1pm.
The entry to the building, apartment and room using a phone app was initially confusing.
