Basic and close to train station

Great sized room for single occupancy. Clean. Basic. Bed was comfortable. Asked for additional pillow from cleaning staff, no issues. Breakfast had some options and good coffee. Room warm. Very close to train station.

As a female solo traveller the location was a little far from centre on dark nights.

The hotel is just 600 meters from the train station and the bus stop. The breakfast is good. The front desk staff is nice and helpful.

I’d say that internets here were quite fast. Other than this, I cannot come up with any positive feedback for this accommodation.

The room is very small as you can see from the picture. The walls are ripped off. The air conditioner stopped working. The location is not great. The breakfast was very poor. They should charge and be better.

The location of the hotel is really good very easy to visit the city on foot. The breakfast is nice.

The room given was very bad. It had nothing to do with what was seen in the pictures. The windows were barred. I felt like I was in prison.

A good long walk to the city center, very pricey for its modest 3 stars.

The size of the room and bathroom. Very quiet, no street noise.

The breakfast quite limited (low quality bread, almost no fresh veggies, only tasteless tomatoes, just 1-2 types of cheese/salami, not enough fried eggs, weird artificial omlette, constant issues with the coffee machine). The room and bathroom while spacious, not enough furniture to place clothes in or hang towels or place the necessaire. The staff seems somewhat lost/disinterested. The hotel in general not very clean (eg the floor in the room, the staircase seemed not to have been cleaned during our entire stay (6 days!), the plates/cuttlery in the breakfast room, the coffee machine, etc).

Disgusting, horrible staff and not what you want for a holiday

The breakfast was the only redeeming quality of this hotel

First if all your day time staff are horrible and not friendly. Not sure why theyre working in a hotel if they hate Tourists. Secondly we had to ask 3 times for the AC unit to be turned on from the main switch? Why is this even a thing. Then when it was on it came out of the vent like a man trying to pee with a enlarged prostate! Unacceptable in 30 degree weather. This hotel is also a solid 20 min walk through a questionable area to the city Centre Would not recommend this for someone that is not familiar with the area

Location good for train station. Standard continental breakfast. Room ok if you dont need to spend time in it. No view to speak of, but that was ok if just using as a base. It did have a walkout balcony space facing an L shaped courtyard, just no chair or table provided to actually sit outside.

Impersonal staff. WiFi too slow to use. Room safe, no instructions, told to come back in morning for a sheet of paper, instructions didnt work, didnt bother staff again with it. Indifferent checkout experience. Was allowed to keep suitcase in unsecured area for a couple of extra hours.

Useless staff, no AC when it was very hot.

The room was what we expected. The breakfast was OK... not terrible but not really nice either. The best thing was the location, being close to the train station, some decent restaurants, and a park with an outdoor beer garden.

I verified before the trip that the hotel had AC. It did have AC but the staff would not allow me to turn it on. It was so hot! I was sweating the entire time. Also, the staff advised me to let them know if I needed a taxi and they would quickly arrange for a taxi within 15 minutes. When I actually needed a taxi the staff said there were no taxis available and they could no longer assist me in looking. I almost missed an important meeting because I had to walk to the taxi stand at the train station to get a taxi. The staff members were useless. I would not go back to this hotel because of the staff.

This is an older property, well kept. The many conveniences much outweigh any negatives.

Helpfulness of staff. Especially appreciated were the availability of different Italian-type coffee throughout the day (Cappuccino was excellent). I was able to bring back a pizza and eat it in the breakfast area. Breakfast was delicious with yoghurt, cereals, different cheeses, lunchmeat, eggs (scrambled and cooked), different delicious-looking sweets, apples and oranges, as well as juice. Room and bathroom (modern, smallish)were very clean, bed very comfortable. The property is in a residential area, way from street noise, yet only an 8 minute walk from the train station and close to the center of town. The elevator was much appreciated! Very good value for a big city hotel.

The location was good, close to the train station and 15 minutes walking distance to the city center. the room was ok, clean and nice.

The wi-fi was poor, i used my data. The TV was dead in my room... The breakfast was ok, but I still prefer have a coffe and fresh cornetto in the bar.

Decent Choice for no luxury stay

Good location close to the train station and within walking distance to central plazas. Very good breakfast. Clean room. Very polite staff. 24h front desk stuff. Safe area even at night. Good price given that it included breakfast.

Average internet - my mobile's connection was quicker than wifi. No decoration at the walls. No place to hang long coats. No extra blanket on January. No coffee or tea facilities. Water took some time to warm up.
