Great location for train station, friendly manager for in-person check-in.
After check-in manager vanished and I couldn't contact him. And he didn't leave any instructions for check-out.

The location was excellent. It was located about a block from the train station and walking distance to city center and the historic sites/shopping district. The room was extremely clean and modern. The host was friendly and extremely helpful. We will stay there again the next time we visit Bologna.

Super clean place with great hospitality. The host, Giovanni, is very nice and has a warm welcoming attitude. The location is excellent..just a short walking distance to the train and bus stations. I felt safe, like at home, and could sleep peacefully at night.

- Great location
- room and hotel were very clean.
- loved the bathroom and the soap dispensers (much better than the traditional soap bars and sachets which are wasteful). The water pressure was great.
- Bed was comfortable.
- loved the coffee machine - very nice touch!
- room had a mini fridge.
- I was there for work and the quality of the internet connection was very poor . I had to use my hotspot most of the time. Unfortunately I was there for work so the quality of the internet connection had an impact on my stay.
- One of the spotlights kept flickering (especially during work video calls and it was embarrassing).
- didn't like being awakened for the room to be cleaned on more than one occasion - at one point, very early in the morning.
