Great location for train station, friendly manager for in-person check-in.

After check-in manager vanished and I couldn't contact him. And he didn't leave any instructions for check-out.

The location was excellent. It was located about a block from the train station and walking distance to city center and the historic sites/shopping district. The room was extremely clean and modern. The host was friendly and extremely helpful. We will stay there again the next time we visit Bologna.

Felt safe, cleaned and warmly welcomed..great location too!

Super clean place with great hospitality. The host, Giovanni, is very nice and has a warm welcoming attitude. The location is excellent..just a short walking distance to the train and bus stations. I felt safe, like at home, and could sleep peacefully at night.

Wouldn't recommend staying here for safety reasons

The only good thing about this hotel was the location.

They were entering the room without our consent to turn off the AC and we had left snacks in there and all the chocolate was melted when we got back. They didn't even change the towels or make the beds so not sure why they were entering the room, zero privacy wouldn't recommend leaving any valuables in the room. You never know if they are going to go through your personal stuff. If I'm paying the amount I paid, I should be able to have the freedom to leave the AC on unless stated otherwise. Also, they should ask for permission before entering the room as they please. The owner is very shady.

Absolutely beautiful clean and modern room WiFi very good & close to Bologna station Host very helpful and excellent communication On arrival you get vouchers for cafe downstairs for breakfast..you get choice of pastries & coffee…really nice friendly place

Good location, close proximity to station (really nice if bringing bags to/from airport. Our host was very friendly, respectful, and communicated well. Our room was cleaned every day, which was beyond our expectations.

I had a great welcome from Giovanni and all communication was excellent. The B&B is very close to the train station and only a 15/20 minute walk to the centre of the city. Unexpectedly, I was given two vouchers to have breakfast (coffee and croissant) at a nearby cafe. I was on a short cultural tour of Italian cities and, all in all, the B&B suited my purposes very well. Thank you.

On one night, there was quite a lot of noise from an adjacent apartment, which went on until quite late. Nothing Giovanni could have done about this.

Absolutely lovely host and very cozy accommodations. It's a short walk away from the city center but I would stay here next time. We could easily walk to all the key spots. Giovanni, the host is very very helpful and flexible. Great stay overall!

The location was great. the owner sends a message with instructions on how to access the property. This is quite complicated as the property is on the 3rd floor of an apartment building. Generally, we got in without any problems but it was a bit strange and I think I would have been a bit scared myself.

Clean, comfortable with a welcoming and approachable host. Has all the amenities: TV, air conditioner, iron, hair-dryer. Water cooler at the entrance. Very short distance to the main train station, so it is convenient if you have to travel. Walking distance to city center

It is very clean and nice and comfortable room with new bathroom. Very helpful service. Nothing to complain. Location is very good, near to railway&bus station, and to visit city center.

Comfortable & clean room, friendly host, excellent location

My family and I had a very pleasant stay at this B&B. We had a triple room which gave us plenty of space, we appreciated the additional features like the coffee machine, hairdryer and 3 towels each. The beds were comfortable and the rooms (including the bathroom) were spotlessly clean. Having somewhere to fill your water bottles up was very helpful as people don’t seem to drink tap water in Bologna! Giovanni was an excellent host - he was very responsive on WhatsApp in the weeks coming up to my trip and was there to greet us upon checking in and out. The price was very reasonable as well. The location was also excellent, about 1 minute away from the train station. I would definitely recommend this B&B!

- Great location - room and hotel were very clean. - loved the bathroom and the soap dispensers (much better than the traditional soap bars and sachets which are wasteful). The water pressure was great. - Bed was comfortable. - loved the coffee machine - very nice touch! - room had a mini fridge.

- I was there for work and the quality of the internet connection was very poor . I had to use my hotspot most of the time. Unfortunately I was there for work so the quality of the internet connection had an impact on my stay. - One of the spotlights kept flickering (especially during work video calls and it was embarrassing). - didn't like being awakened for the room to be cleaned on more than one occasion - at one point, very early in the morning.

Accommodation nicely situated close to the station and on walking distance to the city center, great host, and clean room. Perfect for a city trip to Bologna!

Not too spacious. For us perfect as we only stayed one night in Bologna. But if you plan to stay longer than a week or so, it might be a little bit too small (depending on your needs off course!)

Clean and convenient accomodation, a few steps from the train station

The B&B was clean and nicely decorated, and the host was very polite. The location is very convenient, very close to the train station, from where you can also catch the fast train to the airport.

The bathroom wasn't in the room, which was clearly stated in the room details. The part we didn't expect was that it was in the common corridor, and it didn't have any sign, or key that made it exclusive to us, so potentially any other guest could have used it. Of course they must have had their own bathroom, but you never know.

The bnb is so close to the train station which is great if you want to go to another city such as modena. Everything there was clean, and the bathrooms were updated. Perfect stay.
