Lovely stay - the air conditioning didn’t work so we kept the window open. Only problem - it was quite noisy on the street below. Comfy beds though and great shower

Location to the main station as we were on a rail holiday. The instructions to gin entrance to the room were clear and unambiguous. Gloria was there every morning for advice and help. The beds were comfortable and the bedding excellent.
The access to the terrace seemed a bit daunting but as it was steps up you just had to take care. Thanks to previous comments we were aware there were no drinking glasses we were prepared .

Handy location for the station. Room was quite large.
Very strong air freshener used in the halls

Location was good with balcony.
It is obviously quite newly renovated and there are a couple of design flaws like water coming out of shower area etc. Toilet paper not replaced 2 days in a row.
