10 / 10Outstanding·Sep 2026
The decor and design was excellent. V comfortable and impeccably clean. Ideal location for the Rail Station with access to trains and the Marconi Air Link mono rail. Bologna central is a short walk. Helpful staff, Sham who was there to greet us on arrival and Matteo who communicated well via app in excellent English. Tea and Coffee with Kettle. Small fridge to put water or milk. Little shop across the street. Would definitely return if in Bologna.
Nothing at all.

Accessible, clean, comfortable and overall, good accommodation for a great price! Matteo was a great host, able to help and offer recommendations- even though he was busy with his newborn twins! We really appreciated the support.
Nothing. The host and housekeeping were extremely helpful and available for requests or support.

Central, clean
Bland, really bad lift. No milk WiFi poor

Proximity to train
Walls paper thin, could hear phones next room vibrating. 4 continuous nights of people upstairs renovating, moving furniture to around midnight. The noise!! No reception more like a share house with a room and ensuite. Pillows like pancakes. No shelves in shower/bathroom. 1 hook.
