Nice when you can find the hotel, then manage the app to get in to gate, building and room door!

It was clean and modern.

Impossible to find the accommodation, I spent two and a half hours looking for it. It doesn't have the number or name on the building outside. Even near or on the street local people will send you in a different direction when showing them the address! You have to look into a gated courtyard to see the name of hotel and even then it is not the same as the name on booking.com. PLEASE PUT A NUMBER ON THE GATE OR BUILDING OUTSIDE!

It's terrible to sleep in these beds. There isn't AC in the room and it is too hot to be there.

Using the automatic access to the hotel was simple; there was no human interaction; everything was done through a link you were sent. Also, the owner responds quickly to WhatsApp messages.

The beds are extremely uncomfortable. The mattress lacks even the minimum cushioning needed for proper rest. When I brought this up to the owner, they claimed the mattresses were new — yet they didn’t look new at all, and regardless, that’s no excuse for how hard they feel. A quality mattress should be comfortable from the start, not after wearing out. The "double beds" are just two singles pushed together. If you're traveling as a couple, it's incredibly frustrating, the gap between the beds is very noticeable, and sleeping together is basically impossible. The owner said that’s just how the hotel is designed, so don’t expect a room change. We slept terribly all three nights. And while the listing does mention there's no AC, the heat inside the room is unbearable. There are no mosquito screens on the windows, so you're left with the choice between overheating or getting bitten all night. I would never stay here again.

Pas de petit déjeuné, la chambre , les sanitaire étaient Ok, peu de chauffage...

Le type de réservation sans personnel à l' accueil et donc tout se fais par internet sur un lien envoyé par l' hôtel !, avec l' obligation de procéder de la sorte... photo de ma carte d' identité recto/ verso + moi et ma femme tenant ma carte d' identité avec mon visage etc... et ça ne fonctionnait pas bien , la procédure n' était pas simple et fastidieuse pour moi qui ne métrise pas tout, c' est triste l' évolution... le tout digital sans personnel

Non capisco chi nelle recensioni ha scritto dell' ottima posizione, ma soprattutto della tranquillità del posto. Essendo vicino alla stazione non avevo aspettative alte ma devo dire che non ho mai soggiornato in una zona così brutta, e non aggiungo altro. Per quanto riguarda la stanza, doppia, andava bene per una sola persona viste le dimensioni. E senza insonorizzazione, si sentivano rumori sia interni, sia esterni (vista la posizione, come scritto sopra). Avessimo pagato molto meno, mi sarebbe andato anche bene. Ma con 192€ (una doppia e una singola senza colazione) + 6.50€ a persona di tassa di soggiorno al giorno (un prezzo così elevato mai visto prima) direi che mi aspettavo molto ma molto di più. Quindi io non sono per niente soddisfatta. E soprattutto le recensioni positive che ho letto sono fuorvianti

Mantenimiento deficiente, tapa inodoro mal ajustada, había que cambiar manguera de ducha, se salía el agua por el tubo, el último día no funcionaba el sistema automático apertura de puerta exterior, nos la dejaron abierta

Overpriced and impersonal place to stay

Thé room was never cleaned, the hairdryer was broken and there were no staff ever at all in the Hotel. It was overpriced and located in a not so safe neighbourhood.

Notte tranquilla vicino alla stazione

La posizione è molto comoda perché dista al massimo 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria. Forse il quartiere, soprattutto in orario notturno, potrebbe sembrare poco raccomandabile, ma in realtà è tranquillo. L'hotel è essenziale e non offre la colazione, ma nei dintorni ci sono bar e locali. E' ideale per una notte di passaggio a Bologna perché è silenzioso, pulito e i letti sono comodi. Inoltre lo staff è davvero disponibile e gentile nell'assistere il cliente con il check-in on line.

Struttura spartana, ma ok per una notte di passaggio. Non la utilizzerei per una vacanza, perché il confort è relativo. Posizione comodissima a due passi dalla stazione, in una zona strepitosa del quartiere Bolognina

L'albergo del 2100, automatizzato e pulito, ma triste e solitario

L'hotel tutto automatizzato e' affascinante: bello e pulito, avveneristico e funzionale. Camera spaziosa, frigo in camera, aria condizionata e bagno pulito e comodo.

Mancava l'accoglienza che solo una persona puo' regalare, insieme ad informazioni di carattere generale, come le indicazioni e gli orari per andare a fare colazione.... La posizione purtroppo rovina il soggiorno se si ha il sonno leggero perche' fuori dalla struttura c'e' un rumoreggiare continuo e fastidioso.

La limpieza de la habitación a la llegada era correcta. Tiene buena conexión con autobús hasta el centro de la ciudad.

Había una ola de calor en Bolonia, la habitación tenía equipo de aire acondicionado pero no funcionaba. El personal no nos dio ninguna solución. Además, la zona es muy ruidoso y con la ventana abierta no se puede dormir. Durante nuestra estancia de 4 días, no han limpiado la habitación ni cambiado las toallas.

기온이 35도가 넘는 날씨임에도 에어컨도 없을뿐만 아니라 선풍기마져도 없어 밤잠은 전혀 못잤고, 냉장고도 없어 시원한 물조차 마시지 못함. 완전 무인 운영이라 3박하는 동안 직원 그림자도 못보았고, 처음 체크인할 때도 보내준 방법에 따라 조치했음에도 대문이 안열려서 30분 이상 밖에서 무더위와 싸우다 다행히 지나던 동네 아주머니가 호의를 베풀어 호스트에 전화해 줘서 해결함. 아마도 도움이 없었다면 꼬박 호텔 앞에서 날새웠을지도.....ㅠㅠ 특히 온라인문화에 익숙치않은 연령층에겐 강력 비추~~~ 또한 위치도 중앙역 뒤쪽 위치해 있어서 슬럼화된 우범지대 처럼 느껴지는 분위기였음. 다년간 60개국 이상 다녀봤지만 이런 환경의 숙소는 처음 대해보는 곳으로 어떻게 호텔이라 부르며 호객하는지 모르겠음. 이런 경우는 첫경험이라 매우 충격이었음.

La poca assistenza, appena arrivo mi lamento del fatto che non gira aria, faceva caldissimo e i condizionatori risultano montati il giorno prima, guarda caso mi viene da dire.. quando chiedo almeno un ventilatore per far girare un po’ di aria nessuna risposta, abbandonati al nostro destino, vabbè .. sicuramente non consigliato

Me encantó el Ideale

El cuarto era igual que en las fotos, súper limpio, la cama era muy grande y cómoda. Sábanas y toallas limpias y nuevas. El self check in fue súper práctico y fácil por medio de la app y la ubicación era muy cerca de la estación lo cual fue súper práctico. La zona no es la turística y no es linda, pero por eso el precio es menor a los demás hoteles.
