Spacious clean room, easy check-in and check-out, close to the city center. The lobby is quite cool.

Not that transparent about the city tax, it is not shown on booking, would be best if it would show in the future so that people know the full price in advance.

Great and comfortable location, perfect for a city break!

Check in was seamless, and the host was very communicative prior to my arrival. Location is fantastic! Off the main road, so quieter, loads of bistros/cafes in close proximity, a large supermarket very close by, lots of transport links close by and the Piazza Maggiore was easy to walk to. The room was very clean, it was nice to get into a bed with the smell of fresh linen! Bed was comfortable and it was a bonus having a little fridge in the room. I would definitely recommend staying here and would do so again!

As it was extremely cold the days I was there, I felt the room took a while to heat up - I turned the heat fan for a while to warm the room when I got in in the evening. Also, there was only a small extra blanket provided. This is only minor and personal. There was heating, and it worked!

A cool quirky mod spot. Good job!

This is a cool place and a converted old building. It’s not your conventional hotel room! We liked it! Be prepared for a different experience where the windows are on the roof! Interesting interior design and retro look overall. All mod cons and some new ones include phone chargers units and remote controls for window blinds. A super open area with free coffee etc and where you can prepare some basic food and chill out. Quiet too so good sleep.

Stunning comfortable apartment right outside of the ZTL zone in medieval Bologna

The apartment was stunning! The decor and the hostal style accommodations were wonderful to visit Bologna. The city center is ten mins away by foot. If you come with a car, the apartment is right before the restricted traffic area starts, so if you park on that street, you will be fine.

We had to purchase new train tickets because our train was too late and check out was no later than 8:00 pm, but the comfort of the place and how nice the owners were worth the extra 50 Euros.

Pleasant stay in our visit to Bologna

The place is very comfortable and has a super nice and colorful decoration. The room and bathroom was spacious and had everything for a nice stay, even a small fridge in the room that we weren't expecting. The kitchen in the common area has some basics to have a nice breakfast, with coffee, tea and jam, or to cook. The location is really good, in a quiet area but very close to the center. Next to the place you can find the Funtanir Bistrô from same owners and everyone was super friendly. The hostess was very kind and gave us great recommendations of places to visit and to eat as the locals. You can also find a very good coffee place close by, an amazing ice cream shop and a supermarket to shop some essentials. Totally recommend Funtanir Rooms!

Small detail, but the ventilator in the bathroom was a bit noisy and sometimes could be a bit annoying. But it's really a small detail considering all the positive experience.

The up-keeping was very good and so artistic. The staff were helpful and amenities were sufficient. Location is great, very close to the train station and the city centre.

Very comfortable single bedroom with pretty terrace. Good location between train station and city centre. Shared kitchen, complimentary coffee and facilities all excellent. Hosts were friendly and accommodating.

A very warm welcome, I arrived late and the proprietor stayed on to accommodate me. Nice quiet and comfortable room, good bathroom too. Advice given on where to eat which was a great help.

The staff of the house is a very friendly and help us in everything I needed. They let me leave my bags after our check out, so I can visit other places without our baggage. Also, they have gave me recommendations of what to visit and where to eat. The location is very good! I highly recommend it!

a property with a character of truly Italian popular culture

Very stylish and comfortable. It has a uniquely popular Italian atmosphere and also the common areas are truly enjoyable. It has an adjacent and jointly-managed pub/restaurant with a similar very nice vibe. The staff were welcoming and friendly.

The room was overall clean and tidy, but cleaning could be done more thoroughly. There were previously used slippers under the sofa and the floor under the furniture etc was not really clean. Minor things, but there’s always room for further improvement!

quirky communal space, fairly close to the city center, modern and good-sized rooms. the staff that we interacted with was very nice. communal kitchen if you need and a good selection of teas and coffee

sheets were a bit rough and our toilet stopped flushing the night before we left (luckily not before!) all of a sudden
