I definately reccomend this place!

This place is magical. Great location near the city center and the airport. Rooms are beautiful, clean, and quite big. They have a stylish bathroom and a fantastic view from the window. The host, Sara, is very helpful, courteous, and hospitable. She refines every detail and cares about the quality and comfort of its customers' stay, and communication with her is trouble-free.

A beautiful, atmospheric place with wonderful cleanliness

A beautiful property with a great location – close to cafés, restaurants, and a bus stop. It’s not far from the city center, yet situated in a peaceful and quiet area, perfect for relaxation. The owner is incredibly kind and helpful – you truly feel at home here. The rooms are beautiful, and the cleanliness is maintained at an exceptional level, which I really appreciate. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to feel at home! Oh, and the view from the balcony in the shared area… absolutely amazing!

Great home, amazing host

Casa DiMondi is the coziest house I've ever rented. Everything exceeded our expectations. The host Sara is wonderful, very thoughtful and gave us great tips. I loved the design, it's very special and done with love. Everything was spotless clean and we did not lack anything. The view is so calming, facing a lot of greenery and the emblematic hills of Bologna. If we visit again, we'll definitely return! Grazie mille, Sara!

Just perfect

Cozy room in a renovated flat, in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of Bologna. The hostess was absolute joy, truly nice with communication and really helpful with what we needed. The flat was given attention to detail, really clean and eco friendly. Would stay there again for sure.

La posizione è ottima, in zona saragozza / meloncello a due passi dall'inizio della salita verso San Luca. L'appartamento è situato al terzo piano di un condominio signorile e già dagli spazi comuni si intuisce la cura che l'host ha verso il dettaglio. Tutto carino, tutto in ordine. La stanza era bella spaziosa, grande, bagno privato in camera completo di tutto ed esteticamente ben arredato. Ho dormito magnificamente, mi sono svegliato fresco e riposato la mattina, e non ho avvertito alcun tipo di rumore né proveniente dalla strada, né dal salone dell'appartamento (in comune con gli altri ospiti delle altre camere). In sintesi, tutto perfetto. Chiare e puntuali le istruzioni per il self-checkin.

Stadtnah und naturnah. Leckere Restaurants und feine Obstmärkte um die Ecke. Extrem liebenswerte, hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Appartment ist mit viel Liebe fürs Detail und stilvoll gestaltet - die Lichtbausteine machen die Räume noch heller und größer. Alles sehr neu und modern. Sehr, sehr sauber. Perfektes Apartment für einen entspannten Aufenthalt in Bologna

Sehr schöne Lage mit Blick auf die Hügel rund um Bologna, nette Bars und Geschäfte in der Nähe, die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß in 20-30 Minuten erreichbar, Bushaltestelle vor der Haustüre. Das Apartement ist hochwertig renoviert - so einen guten Standard habe ich schon lange nicht mehr, oder überhaupt noch nie, gesehen (Armaturen, Dusche, Rollos, Klimaanlage), außerdem wird auf Nachhaltigkeit Wert gelegt. Die Betreiberin Sara ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt, es gibt nichts auszusetzen

Mooi appartement in groene omgeving.

Casa DiMondi is een heel smaakvol ingericht appartement net buiten het stadscentrum van Bologna. Het is onderverdeeld in een aantal kamers, maar iedereen heeft hun eigen voorzieningen en het was er erg rustig. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. De omgeving is erg groen en het appartement is gelegen halverwege de wandeling naar San Luca vanuit het centrum. Er zijn leuke barretjes en restaurants in de buurt.
