Il titolare è gentilissimo, molto premuroso e preciso. La struttura è nuova, pulita e silenziosa, dotata dei comfort necessari (wifi e tv, asciugacapelli, cucina ad uso comune, bollitore...) . La posizione non è centralissima, ma comoda per chi ha l'auto, per chi deve recarsi allo stadio o all'ospedale Maggiore. Con una breve passeggiata, in zona tranquilla, si raggiunge facilmente il centro di Bologna.

La posizione è bellissima, in quanto non centralissimo ma vicino al centro e facilmente raggiungibile con il trasporto pubblico. Si tratta di un quartiere residenziale molto tranquillo, silenzioso, bello con tanti parchi vicini.
