Beautiful property with nice facilities (pool area was great)
Slightly out of town meaning main access is by bus or taxi (buses don’t always come at correct time and taxi-ing can get expensive… around €25 per trip). Worth noting not all rooms have “pool view” as stated in booking, but they do all have quick access

The dog ‘Blu’ so cute! I liked the family room set up with the little room up top. Made it more of an adventure for my daughter. Pool was fab. Staff really friendly.
WiFi is a bit rubbish (only important if u have a teen!)
Aircon had a moment and started blowing 24 degrees, managed to fix it somehow
No beers available in our fridge… not a major crisis
If in family room the room up the stairs is very hot- fan provided but just blows around the hot air.
Was a bit confused when we got there how to check in. But sent a WhatsApp to the number and soon sorted!
None of these points ruined our stay. They are just minor. We would defo come back!

Couldn’t have asked for a better welcome and treatment from owner, Klea, and staff member, Raf.
I felt cared for the entire time I was there.
They also have a nice big pool and a friendly dog named Blu.
Great people, good location, excellent value!
It was nice to have a kitchen, but I would have loved to have had a space to eat breakfast with other guests.

the pool area was lovely. fairly close to Bologna though you definitely need a car. reasonably priced.
you can hear EVERYTHING from
the next room- too much- way too much. the couple next door woke us up every morning with some vigorous in bed exercise- the rooms had a connecting door. mosquitos were a real annoyance. badly equipped kitchen and no table or chairs for four people- let alone two- to eat. breakfast was a few industrial individually wrapped commercial cookies/stale brioche/hard little toasts. no milk for coffee or tea and these sad items were not restocked each day. we ended up leaving the propert for breakfast. we discovered a used and open jam container in the bowl
for the jam containers. no cleaning service. there seem to be a variety of rooms- ours was outside the compound and in an odd block of slightly run down apts. maybe we just drew the short straw.
