Perfect for one night

Earplugs thoughtfully provided to counteract the occasional overhead flight (the hotel is located right next to runway). Otherwise the hotel is remarkably quiet. Convenient to the airport even though a taxi is still required. I always stay here when flying out of Bologna with an early morning flight. Very good restaurant/Pizzeria on site. Excellent value provided with reasonable prices

Location, clean tidy and functional room. Restaurant good with good food selection. Can get busy.

Very noisy, not just the very close runway, which we knew would be but from the restaurant guests. Asked to leave restaurant table at 8.30 and told we could sit outside! No where else available except going to your room.

Great place to stay definitely recommend it

The suite was very nice. The hotel owner was fantastic went out of his way to make us feel welcome. The restaurant was top notch, food, and the wait staff was exceptional

They warned us that being so close to the airport. It was quite loud however the planes didn’t take off or land all night long. It was from 6 AM to around 10 PM. Other than that being close to the airport was a bonus.

A great small hotel close to the airport

We loved the place. I would have given it a 10, had it not been for the strong smell during the night as I stated below. The staff was great, our room had a very nice terrace, the food in the restaurant was delicious, and it was very convenient to the airport-a 3 minute drive. We will stay there again, but they really do need to do something about the strong smell when you are trying to sleep.

The smell (fragrance) in the room. We did not realize until we went to bed that night. We did not sleep as well as we would have because the smell was overpowering. I would have told the property without putting it in a review, but we left our room at 4:30 for an early flight. I'm sure they will fix the problem.

An excellent restaurant. Our room had a very nice private deck outside of our room, where we could watch planes land at the airport that was very nearby (~5 minute drive to our flight).

Very noisy, not just the nearby airport, but phone ringing at reception, people in other rooms, in hallway, etc. You really need good earplugs to sleep here. Also, many stairs but no elevator. The desk staff helped us with our luggage up to the room, but no one to help move it back down in the morning. Also the maid tried to enter without knocking at about 8am, while we were still in the room.

That place took me by surprise! I was only staying for one night besides the airport due to early flight the next day. Didn’t have any expectations but place was top notch. Restaurant is the place to go! Great food with great selection of beers on tap and Wine. Very professional staff. Very clean . Pity I was only staying for one night.

We liked the spacious ground floor room, very clean. Varied menu, good quality ingredients to make delicious meals. Attentive staff always ready to help. Despite being so close to the airport, it wasn't so noisy as we thought it might be.

it was a last minute stay due to a mid connect. very very simple accommodations but clean and super close to the airport which we had to be back at at 430a for check in. nice staff and a great restaurant there with delicious food. the first pizza!

Good hotel for short stay before flight. 100 m from airport fence. Excellent EMI pizza.

Many mosquitoes in room. No window nets against mosquitoes. Noisy from jets. Thank to staff leaved the ear plugs. Overpriced for this location.
