Comfortable and worth the money paid

Staff were very helpful and then breakfasts were good - vast array of items to choose from.

Location was not the greatest but this did not deter from us having a pleasant stay

5 minutes away from the airport

Breakfast was a joke, the only fresh things that were eatable were the croisants and the cheese. Definatly not a 4 star hotel regarding facilities and amenities. We stayed here only because our flight was rescheduled for the next day, and value to money was so little.

Passable hotel, would not recommend for more than one night if you don’t find anything better

The staff came across friendly as well as responsive and supportive. The room was clean and provided everything needed.

Old building, the corridor looks like an hospital, the breaks fast was not at level I expected. Pretty expensive for one night considering not in the centre of Bologna and in the middle of a street where cars pass frequently. The socket in the room were getting of the whole so very dangerous.

Clean room. New sheets and towels everyday. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff. Quiet room. They allowed us to check out after 14:00 o’clock because our flight was late in the evening and we leave our baggage there.

I appreciated the position, the cleanliness and the breakfast.

Only a small problem with the heating, as when I arrived the temperature in the room was at 18 and it took all night long to get it higher.

Great location, bus stop 5 minutes walk, bus to the city center. Wonderful breakfast, great selection. The staff was nice, solved the problem with heating the room in one minute. Everything was just wonderful.

The room is somewhat outdated (renovation and furniture). But it did not spoil the impression.

Clean, and the breakfast,

In the booking said 1 big bed and it was 2 beds toghether, very unconfortable for sleeping, dont recomend to pick this option. And in the check off they made us pay 6 euros of tax for no reason, instead of including it in the price in the first place, feelt a bit scammed. Breakfast was good though.

Overall, a good experience for an incredible city.

Breakfast was AMAZING. Staff were super friendly. Location was close to bus stations, which was good for getting into the city center. Coffee was pretty good. Overall, a good hotel for the price that we paid.

The shower did not drain properly, and there was mold or some other grime at the floor of the shower, likely due to the drainage problem. The big beds are usually just two mattresses held together by a fitted sheet, but this is pretty normal so just a heads up for anybody wondering why the divide in the middle is there.

Good location, close to the airport and good connection to the city center. Comfortable rooms and comfy beds. Cosy bathroom, equipped with everything you need. Excellent staff.

Pillows are a bit too hard ans flat for my liking Curtains broken at the top so let some light through Its December and freezing, and I found the room was cold and they set the temp at max 19 so was quite cold
