Good value place to stay.

Good value. Nice, friendly, helpful staff. Clean and quiet.

Wi-fi didn't work very well in the room. Location was a bit far from the historic center (though close to the bus line). Not many restaurant options. Like most beds in Italy, they were very firm.

Clean, modern hotel with easy access to food and groceries. Conveniently located; only 10 minutes from Bologna Int'l Airport. Staff was cordial and professional.

Overall a good value experience with good staff

Free parking onsite, good neighbourhood, extensive breakfast, recently refurbished room, close to some restaurants and supermarkets. About 10-12 minute drive to cities edge on a main arterial. Bikes for rent if needed. Staff were great and had fairly good English

Bed was quite firm, lounge downstairs was busy at times so hard to work if you’re there to do that (due to the echo and people talking). Could use a wifi mesh repeater to get better internet speeds upstairs compared to the lounge where it was fast

Clean, homey

So charmig. Always someone present at the reception. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I felt very save and taken care of. Just a good vibe in general. Definitely a hotel I recommend wholeheartedly.

It could be closer to the city center? But that's about it. Great hotel! A compliment to the room service - it was so clean. I appreciate that.

Every thing was provided to make a good stay. Bed comfortable. Great bathroom. Easy access to property and simple quick check in. Great spot if you’re going to airport.

Ideal place for attending the faire and to the airport.

The location is just 20 minutes by taxi to the airport and to the fair ground. The breakfast includes a lot of choices, including fresh fruits and vegetables. The home-made cakes are just awesome.

Easy checkin, nice clean room. One night we arrived late after shops were closed, and it was possible to buy water and even some snacks in the hotel. We used ridemovi electric bicycles to get to/from the old town, it's about 15min ride.

Very nice hotel, clean room with all necessary toiletries, coffee and tea maker in the room, very comfortable bed. Good location, close to public transport stations. Friendly and helpful staff.

Best use of your money

Best value for money in Bologna, very spacious room, great internet, very helpful staff. Would definitely stay again. Also, the location is sort of midway between the airport and the city center, so it is a great place whether you came to Bologna, or plan to travel on further.

Breakfast is pretty basic, but it hardly matters when there is a supermarket nearby and a bus to the city centre across the road

Very clean and big room with big bathroom, very close to supermarket Lidl and bus station

I made unintentional booking mistake (I wanted to book double room for two people and it turned out that reservation was for one person, I did the reservation as I always do it) and the stuff told us about it at the end of our stay, when we were checking out, so we couldn’t fix the mistake, but we were charged with extra fee for this reservation.

Clean, modern, comfortable- and loved the bike

A courteous welcome when I arrived long before check-in but was allowed to park so I could see Bologna on foot- which is 35-50m walk away depending on your destination. The free bike I was later given was well-maintained and made a huge difference. Recommended as a way of seeing the city and it's very safe to ride by day and night. The hotel location is quiet, despite being on a major road and is a useful solution to avoid the Bologna ZTL. But DO use the bikes. Clean room and everything was very modern, comfortable and spacious.

A small matter, but it's shame the breakfast room is in the basement. Sunlight in the morning is always nice

The person that assisted me ruined my day and what would have been a good stay.

The hotel is not close to the center. The bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom size is good. There is a kettle, coffee and complimentary water and biscuits The price included a very nice breakfast

After 6 weeks of traveling through Europe of which nearly 3 was in Italy and booking all my accommodation through bookings.com this was the only place where they said they did a provisional payment against my card. I then had to do a payment by producing my card. I showed them that on the 24th I had already been debited and the frontline person was not interested and told me that this is Italy and that is how they have done it for 30 years etc. he was extremely rude. I am now out of pocket until such time as the ’provisional’ payment is reversed.
