Can only recommend, a lovely stay in a lovely part of the world

The owners were delightful, the breakfast spread was great, the apartment had everything we needed and it was located in a nice part of town right by the Renato Dell’Ara

The wall plugs did not fit our adapters but there were some adapters available in the property which made it work

All Ombre No 9

House located near Bologna via Luca, a nice neighbourhood. Quiet, easy parking and secure. Room and facilities are pleasant, quiet, clean, and comfortable. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Spoke Italian, French, and English. Basement flat , cool. Access via narrow metal steps. Small hand luggage advised. Can leave larger luggage in the car ( but not visible), so that is alright. Good breakfast.

Love it

Enjoy the night we stayed here. Don’t worry about AC problem, it is pretty cool there. Compare to the night before we stayed in Venice without AC, that apartment kept me on fire… and the owner prepared everything for you. One of my best stay experiences during three weeks Italy travel. PS: it took us a lot of time to find the property. We can’t figure why the google map can’t lead us to the destination. Hope everyone else won’t have the issue.

Fabulous

Excellent , it is located near Lemoncello, people who like to get to know authentic Bologna will be happy here and will be impressed by its mediteran style , it is a nice contrast to the monotonous hotels . Great breakfast ,and the temperature of the room was a bless in Italian summer! There was nothing we missed ,after a long trip we fell asleep like kings in the nice beds. Great and very kind hosts!

it was a perfect choice

JACOPO was very helpfu upon our arrival. being seniors he was so sympathetjc and made sure we are comfirt are comfortable in our short stay in their home. His mother even drove us to the train station because Jacopo couldnot book a taxi for us. we are so happy and lucky to stay at OMBRA DEL PORTICO of iBologna. we will surely return and recommend OMBRA DEL PORTICO to our friends. thank you Jacopo and to your mom

The hostel was very friendly and very helpful. Always smiling. :) The bed was comfy and the bedroom was not too warm even if the weather was hot. Very nice location at the bottom of the San Luca climb.

Great solution for the Via Degli Dei

We liked the room in the basement because was offering a natural air conditioning (much appreciated because we did not noticed any real one). The position is perfect if you intend to follow the walking path "Via Degli Dei", starting from the Basilica di San Luca". Unexpected, but much appreciated was that the landlord included into the payment the city tax (3 euro p.p.). The room also included the possibility to prepare some the or coffee, as well as drink some water. The breakfast was due to COVID policies not possible and we got a voucher for 6€ to be spent in a nearby bar. Well done!

I would suggest to update the shower because, as-is, it makes wet all the bathroom. The curtain is not enough.

Camera accogliente e pulita. La sig.ra Luisella è stata molto cortese e disponibile, abbiamo apprezzato in particolar modo la colazione. Ottima la possibilità di poter parcheggiare l’auto comodamente nel parcheggio privato. Bagno in comune, ma molto pulito e moderno.

Super miejsce aby pójść na mecz i zwiedzić Bolonię.

Bardzo klimatyczny pokój, bardzo miły i pomocny gospodarz. Pokój w zabytkowej willi z małym ogrodem w spokojnej okolicy, choć tuż obok stadionu, co dla nas było ważne, bo byliśmy na meczu. Tak naprawdę miejsce to dwa oddzielne pokoje w suterenie ze wspólną jadalnią oraz łazienką. Na krótki pobyt to nie przeszkadzało. Śniadania dość skromne, ale z dobrą kawą i w zupełności wystarczające. Parking tuż obok budynku na ulicy. Świetna lokalizacja do zwiedzania Bolonii.

Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis mit Parkplatz in Ruhelage

Ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis am Stadtrand von Bologna mit Parkplatz in der Privatstraße und guter Busanbindung in die Innenstadt. Für Sportliche ist der Weg auch zu Fuß in ca. 45 Minuten zu bewältigen. In der Unterkunft ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sie ist sauber, ruhig und das Frühstück ist auch ganz gut. Wenn man dort ist, unbedingt den Weg nach oben zur Kirche mit Aussicht antreten!
