Good location, nice place, clean and large room

The room was very clean, the personel was very helpful and it was in a really nice location (a little far from center but very quiet).

The fridge and the air-condition were a little lousy when they started to work. But not too much in order to be disturbing.

Wonderful stay with only minor inconveniences

The property was lovely. Everything was extremely clean straight away and the staff were nice. Our check in process was quick and easy, which we appreciated as we were both sick. Our room was very big - a lot bigger than I thought it was going to be - and included a walk way, a kitchenette, a fold-out bed/couch seating area, a tv, a queen bed, a walk-in wardrobe, and a large bathroom. Our room was on the 7th floor so the view was lovely and, if it were warmer, a drink on the balcony would have been nice, I’m sure. We stayed for two nights, but we definitely could have stayed for much longer.

We had a small kitchenette and while it served its purpose somewhat, we were lacking a lot of the typical things (I.e., a toaster, pots and pans, forks, bowls). I just didn’t understand why we had a stove but didnt have the tools to be able to cook on the stove? We had the issue of our duvet not having a cover which I think might have been just how the hotel did it, but it was a bit of a surprise. There were lots of extra blankets and pillows available in the wardrobes though. Some of the towels had small holes but that was easily ignored. The lack of shower curtain and no fan in the bathroom were very annoying as it meant water got everywhere. The lift is small but that’s to be expected in Italy - just be prepared for a cramped fit. As a note: we had a bath/shower combo and if you’re short like me, you might struggle a little getting in :)

Reception person was friendly and nice

The room was the scariest place I’ve ever been, when you walk in the smell is overwhelming and you feel like throwing up, there’s mold everywhere in the bathroom, the whole place was so disgusting, we couldn’t stay there and had to leave immediately and find another hotel last minute and pay double the price also didn’t get a refund nothing as described please do not stay here

I liked the room and the view from it and the quadruple room was cery big and comfortable.

There wasn't any chairs or table on the balcony, And we paid on booking for apartment with two bedrooms but due some issues we got a qudruple room and one onother separate room. The location is't the best

Don't bother you can find better for same money.

The Hotel was very dated but I was Ok with this as a bit retro.

I had to change my room twice the fist room had water all over bathroom floor and somebody had left his tools and a step ladder in the room. Not good as the reception did not check it first. no chance of a coffee in the room a kettle was supplied but no cups. Only vending machine, food for breakfast is offered I looked but did not like the look of it. The Hotel needs a lot of work to bring standard up and staff training would be helpfulI. I would not recommend it to anyone. I put up with it because only in for a couple of nights.

Worst hotel ever stayed

Location was good towards the center (but the rooms are on the road with a lot of noise).

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL: 1. Above the rooms are renovations (make a lot of noise from the early morning), this will go on for hours. Hotel does not care or communicate about this. Basically they shouldn’t rent the rooms > but they know refund is not possible via Booking so they benefit from you and Booking to make easy money. 2. Airco didn’t work > they say it’s winter mode.. but in order to keep is cold you have to open the windows, which make a lot of noise from the busy main street. 3. Toilet didn’t flush. 4. Curtains couldn’t close so a lot of sunlight 5. Police in the middle of night for some other quests. 6. All other comments regarding dirty rooms and outdated stuff completely true.

My room wasn’t cleaned once in the 3 nights I stayed. The breakfast was poor hot food was put in cold trays and water/juices were left to become warm. You are better off going for breakfast at the bakery a few hundred metres towards town.

Ήταν ευγενική η κοπέλα στο Check out και στο ότι μπόρεσα να αφήσω την βαλίτσα μου για 4 ώρες. Απέναντι από το ξενοδοχείο υπάρχει στάση και λεωφορείο που σε πηγαίνει έξω από το αεροδρόμιο.

Πίσω από το δωμάτιο μου είχε ένα ασανσέρ το οποίο δεν μου επέτρεπε να κοιμηθώ. Κοιμήθηκα δύο νύχτες στο ξενοδοχείο,και τα δύο πρωινά, ξύπνησα με κόκκινα τα μάτια και το δέρμα μου ήταν παράξενο σαν αφυδατωμένο. Όταν βγήκα έξω στην πόλη μετά από λίγο συνήλθαν τα μάτια μου και το δέρμα μου. Θεωρώ ότι υπάρχει κάποιο πρόβλημα με τον εξαερισμό στο δωμάτιο. Τα έπιπλα, το μπάνιο,το ταβάνι ,το πάτωμα ήταν παλιά και χαλασμένα σε πολλά σημεία. Υπήρχε βραστηρας και πλαστικά ποτηράκια κακής ποιότητας που δεν επιτρέπουν να βάλεις ζεστό νερό. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι μισή ώρα με τα πόδια από τον Σιδηροδρομικό σταθμό και 30 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την κεντρική πλατεία της πόλης ,Piazza Maggiore. Η περιοχή ήταν παράξενη τις βραδινές ώρες.

Posizione ottima. Camera molto grande, un mini appartamento, molto calda anche se c’era molto odore di fumo. Nel complesso struttura datata ma pulita.

La struttura mostra un po' i segni del tempo ma comunque è in grado di dare soddisfazione. La camera assegnata era comoda e molto ampia. Bene lo staff, sia alla reception sia nella sala colazione. La colazione è ok, anche con torte fatte in casa e disponibilità, graditissima, di spremuta fresca di arance. La posizione non è centralissima ma l'hotel è ben collegato al centro da frequenti bus. Possibile il parcheggio in garage anche se a pagamento. Gradite le bottigliette d'acqua minerale (free) in camera. Il prezzo della camera è ultra conveniente

le petit déjeuné n'était pas bon ni achalandé. La chambre était vétuste, mal entretenue, la TV ne fonctionnait pas, les draps de bain pas changés au quotidien. C'était une chambre au rabais.

Mobila veche (are cel putin 20 de ani) Incalzirea sistemica care nu a functionat - dar este o procedura regionala, nu s-a dat drumul la incalzirea in Bologna. Ce as reproșa, ca la hotel de 4 **** sa nu existe un aer conditionat care sa furnizeze caldura. Am cerut de la receptie pilote pt a ne incalzi. Lipsa papucilor de baie si a halatelor (reamintesc hotel de PATRU STELE). Putine articole de baie (2 sapunuri solide si 2 sampoane), inlocuite zilnic ce-i drept Mozaicul, parchetul de pe jos foarte vechi. Prosoapele nu au fost schimbate in 3 nopti (decat cel de picioare de pe jos) Micul dejun (inca o data, hotel de PATRU STELE), foarte sarac, 3 tipuri de mezel, 1 cascaval, aceiasi omleta zilnic, crenvurști taiati felii, si bacon. In rest, cateva produse de patiserie, fructe, iaurt si cereale. Mizerie in restaurant - nu a fost sters praful praful pe langa mese niciodata Bine ca nu au fost copii mici, ca nu aveam cum sa ii incalzim. Erau 19-20 de grade Per total, cel mai slab hotel de 4 stele la care am fost. Maxim 2 stele ar trebui sa fie hotelul

Excelente experiência.

O recepcionista do Hotel era extremamente gentil e agradável nos recomendou o Restaurante O Pesqueiro que foi uma experiência maravilha e muito perto do hotel. O quarto era um apartamento inteiro todo equipado com cama e chuveiros bons, tinha sala e cozinha, o café da manhã muito váriado e agradável, internet de boa qualidade. Permitiram que deixassemos a malas guardadas até final do dia e não cobraram nada por isso. A localização era ótima passa ônibus na porta do Hotel. Excelente experiência.
