Good value not far from city center.

Easily accessible just a short distance outside the Saragozza gate in an older building with charm. Nice entryway and a nice bedroom with a good view.

Some guests may not like that breakfast (included in my stay) is not on the property but a short walk away in a bistro. The bistro also offers a 10% discount for lunch and dinner, though.

Clean, great location, comfortable

It was very clean. 10-15 minutes from the city centre. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were awesome.

Stanza ristrutturata, bagno in camera, pulizia, posizione favorevole. Colazione al bar in convenzione.

Sono disabile. Primo piano con scale non comunicato. Valigia da 15 kg portata su da solo, la proprietaria era presente. Ingresso stanza con scalino non visibile - pavimento scuro, caduto a peso morto con elongazione del muscolo quadricipite della gamba sinistra. A letto con ematoma due giorni dopo. Nella stanza sensore di movimento con accensione automatica della luce, ho svegliato mia moglie più volte durante la notte. Doccia non funzionante. Prezzo elevato.

Nowy i czysty apartament

Apartament wykupiony że śniadaniem, lecz śniadania nie ma!, gdyż na poranny poczestunek, tak poczęstunek nie sniadanie jest tylko kawa i rogalik croissant! To nie jest śniadanie tylko naciąganie ma większą kasę za dobę. Ten poczęstunek a nie śniadanie serwowane jest w restauracji 300m dalej gdzie obsług nie mówiła po angielsku! Nie bierzcie noclegu że śniadaniem bo to jest naciąganie i zlodziejsstwo

Wspaniały apartament, czysto w pokoju i wygodnie. Zdecydowanie polecam ten apartament na pobyt w Bolonii. Obsługa również bardzo uprzejma i wszystko zostało nam wytłumaczone. Śniadanie w cenie to dodatkowy atut w uroczej restauracji. Odległość od centrum również mi się podobała maksymalnie 15 minut spacerkiem.

Bellissima struttura, posizionata a pochi passi dalla fermata dell'autobus che in pochi minuti permette di raggiungere il centro. Ottimo punto di partenza per raggiungere il Santuario di San Luca. Camera grande, luminosa e pulita, con affacco su un cortile interno molto silenzioso. Letto ampio e molto comodo.
