Had a great time, and will stay there again.

The hotel staff is extremely friendly and always willing to help with any request. They even assisted me with packages I had delivered to the hotel, which I really appreciated. The room was clean, comfortable, and very nice. Breakfast offered a wide variety of food options and was very enjoyable. There is also a fantastic pizza place called Stella just around the corner. Highly recommended. I would definitely stay here again.

No shuttle service.

Close to airport, clean, decent, cheap hotel. Not bad. 15 euro taxi ride at 11 pm

Advertised shuttle service (paid by customer, fine), but there is no shuttle service. They can "arrange to call you a taxi". Plenty of taxis at Bologna airport though, and not expensive. The room was pretty hot when I got in. Old heater, hard,to figure out how to turn it off. The hotel is pretty dated, I could hear a guy snoring in the next room. But the main thing is, don't advertise a "shuttle service" If you don't have one!

Location next to bus stop Clean room though dated Reception staff helpful at check in and check out, did pay approx. 12 euro as city tax which is a huge amount for two adults staying for one night and this amount was unclear when payment was made on bookig.com

No milk in the room to add to tea/coffee No light on mirror o difficulty when making shave as you can’t see your face clearly Breakfast cold despite good variety and breakfast place was understaffed/chaotic as not even enough serving plates available. Staff--only two people running around clueless Roadwork right outside on the road though we did not hear much noise inside room

Breakfast is good. Location ideal as I was wanting to break up a drive and visit the Ducati Museum. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Good for an overnight stop, fairly close to Bologna airport.

The breakfast buffet was great and the staff were very helpful.

The hotel was a bit further from the airport than I expected, and we had to take a taxi. That was my fault for not checking.

Nice hotel away from historical city centre

Hotel outside of the historic city centre. Easy access to historical centre via train or bus (or walk for an hour). Small mainstreet with great pizza takeaway, gelato, supermarket. Large, excellent breakfast - fruit, yoghurt, meat, cheese, pastries, juice, cappuchino.

The room was not very clean and there was broken glass on the floor and my daughter cut her sole. The beds were hard and they creaked when you turned.

I enjoyed my stay!!

The staff were exceptional, polite, spoke English. The room was clean and quite large, bigger than expected. Breakfast was awesome!

The room was not separately air-conditioned, nor was there a fan in the room. Coming from Nth West Qld Australia I kept waking up in a sweat. If I opened the window in the evening all I got was cigarette smoke wafting in and people speaking loudly. Apart from these small inconveniences I would definitely stay again, I'd just ask for a room not above where people smoke.

I would definitely stay here again

The room is clean and spacious. The breakfast is amazing. The location is around 30 minutes away from the center but there's a bus directly going there every few minutes.

The room is too hot. Just wish we could adjust it.
