Avoid unless you have a car!

Disclaimer: we ended up here due to bad weather and cancelled trains. The room was clean and the bedroom was good sized.

The location is in an industrial zone that is not pedestrian friendly. Only consider booking here if you have a car. There are no services within a reasonable walking distance. The room was clean and has all the ambiance of a hospital room without the charm. The shower looks modern and fancy, but is of very low quality--only the hand wand worked.

The space is small for two people and the pictures made the apartment seem larger than it is.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even drove us to a close-by venue where we were had to go to.

The room was very basic and not very clear, there were not enough covers for the night.

it was clean enough and roomy. Even though we did not use it, there was a kitchenette. AC worked well, there were 2 tv. A 15 minutes walk to catch a train to Bologna central station.

it is located in the industrial zone of Bologna. No bars and no restaurants close by, need to walk at least 15 minute. if u had business there then it would be ok but not if u are there on vacation.

The location is functional for business travelers using taxi service or personal car: 20 minutes walk to nearest public transport. Food can be had only by delivery to the apartment, nearest pizza is two kilometres afar: the kitchen is useless for short stays because no nearby food supply can be had..

There was no spatula in the kitchen. The room felt very sterile -- was like a hospital. It could have had more color and comfortable features.

Consigliato per eventi all'Unipol Arena

Soggiorno che ha oltrepassato le aspettative. L'appartamento che avevamo era molto spazioso (c'è anche la cucina che però non abbiamo usato). La posizione è ottima se si ha un'evento all'Unipol Arena, infatti dista 20 minuti a piedi ed il tragitto è molto tranquillo da fare. Il personale è veramente gentile e disponibile, consigliatissimo.

Sinceramente non c'è nessun punto che mi preme indicare. Il prezzo era si un po alto per non essere in città, ma capisco anche la vicinanza ad un luogo di interesse come l'arena.

La colazione non c è stata neanche una macchinetta per il caffè

Il fatto che non c era un comodino la presa per ricaricare il cellulare posta in mezzo al letto così non si poteva adoperare nessuna macchinetta per il caffè partita la mattina presto senza neanche poter bere un caffè

Se la Vs meta e' un concerto alla Unipol Arena questo è il posto dove alloggiare. 5 minuti a piedi senza lo stress del parcheggio prima e dopo il concerto. Ti godi la serata . È gia operativo adesso tutto nouvo ed lo stanno ulteriormente ampliando per renderlo ancora più funzionale. Il proprietario ricco di consigli anche x visitare Bologna centro ... Consigliato anche perché in fase di ulteriore miglioramento. 👌🐾🐾👋🏼 N.B.: Vi potete portare qualcosa da cucinare o il caffe x il mattino c'è un angolo cottura molto funzionale ed un grade frigo (rispetto ad un normale hotel) 👌

Appartamento ristrutturato, piccolo ma con bel bagno e completo di tutto. A 10' di auto da Bologna, divenuta ormai inaccessibile per i prezzi, questo posto è perfetto per visitare la città

Fantastico su tutti i fronti.

La struttura è molto comoda per chi deve andare a qualche evento alla Unipol Arena, essendo vicinissima alla venue (circa 15 minuti a piedi). La stanza era grande, pulita e munita di due condizionatori che rendevano l’aria fresca. Il bagno era in perfette condizioni e la doccia era molto funzionale, con anche una seduta per maggiore comodità e praticità. Avendo avuto problemi con i mezzi pubblici per raggiungere la struttura, Riccardo mi è venuto incontro con la sua macchina per darmi una mano, il che non era dovuto.

Perfetta per i concerti all'Unipol Arena!!

Ottima posizione per raggiungere l'Unipol Arena a piedi. L'appartamento era bellissimo anche se piccolo molto accogliente e luminoso. Letto matrimoniale molto comodo.

L'assenza di finestre (c'erano comunque 2 grandi velux che facevano entrare molta luce). Un po' troppa polvere sul pavimento. Divano letto scomodo.
