Disappointing

The night staff was amazing. This place has no elevator and she carried my bags 3 floors.. The bed was clean and comfortable. The room was larger than I expected.

The morning staff insisted I check out at exactly 11, not one minute more. There was NO HOT WATER in the shower!! The rooms with private bathrooms are on the third floor. The vue was horrible. The bathroom has no heat. I briefly left my room in the morning and the cleaning lady came in and open the windows all the way... The room was freezing and she was trying to rush me out but I stood firm and left exactly at 11. I waited 2 hours in the lobby (that was freezing cold).

Terrible Daylight Robbery

Awful , plastic cups plastic plates .dirty room and tables , coffee machine was tiny and faulty and dirty looking.No lift , room old fashioned and minimalist.

Everything was terrible .The price for the night was extortionate! They charged three times the price for a dump because of the local concert we were attending was popular. A disgrace! We were robbed of money do not go to this awful hotel. A hostel would have been better choice.

I do not recommend this place to anyone.

The staff cannot communicate in English, except one of them. We could not get basic information about anything. The hotel is far from clean. For breakfast we had to ask for forks, they have only plastic plates and knives. Very few tables and chairs.

Decent budget hotel, would return.

Clean hotel with all the essentials. Very comfortable memory foam pillows. Late night check in available. Friendly, helpful staff. Shower works well with good pressure (but see below, lacked curtain!) Furniture a bit old but functional. Overall a decent place to stay as long as one does not expect luxury. Breakfast was included and wasn't bad. Location was great for what I had to do, free parking available onsite a good bonus.

Bed a bit too firm. Shower mounted on bathtub had no curtains (water on the floor was an issue, but I informed them and they cleaned it. Should invest in a shower curtain!). Minifridge did not work. Also do bring your own hairdryer, the one supplied lacks oomph.

What I liked was the cleanliness of the rooms and that the room was given that fast.

That you can hear all the noise of the other rooms day and night. All the day you could hear the furbiture being moved and that the other guests made so much noice late at night.

The Hotel and the room were ok, only the furniture is quite old and the heating is provided only within the room, that means in order to warm up the bathroom it was needed to keep open all the doors. The breakfast also was somehow not what you expect for a 3 Stars Hotel, but very poor except the Caffee / Capuccino service made on request, some fresh brioches, orange juice, some marmelade / jam and nutella, it wasn't really a 3 stars Hotel breakfast but more a "Pension" one.
