The location is ideal for the airport, which is literally 5 mins away.

It’s quite dated regarding the rooms. This time we found the staff not as welcoming as before and customer service at the reception was poor.

Good place to stay with airport shuttle service

The shuttle to the airport was what I most appreciated since the hotel is not that close to the airport. I did not eat at the hotel since I arrived after doing a food tour but it looked like a nice restaurant right in the hotel. It is a busy place but I did not wait long to check in or checkout. I was relieved to find many group and family travelers there and felt safe after a long walk to the hotel with few other people.

It was not easy to get to the hotel via public transportation and due to construction the bus stop was not easy to locate from the train station. I ended up walking in the wrong directions with a phone that was low on power, not any of which was the hotel's responsibility. It would be better to take a taxi to the hotel. I also was confused by the large construction site near the hotel, causing me to thing the hotel was under construction instead of being next door beyond the large building being built.

Even though the property description claims to have airconditioning, there was no air conditioning on the property. The room temp steadily climbed from 23C to 25C overnight. Extremely uncomfortable. We reported it to management as soon as we realized the thermostat was not working. They told us the air was turned off for the property and all we could do is turn the fan on to recycle the warm air. Fale advertising on this site with regards to airconditioning.

Well managed excellent airport hotel.

Very nice quiet hotel about 5 min from the airport. White van (quick call to hotel) picked us up to take us, 15 euro extra fee. Really nice breakfast! Short taxi ride to the train station the next morning.

Comfortable stay, but not really an airport hotel

We booked a suite which was very spacious and comfortable, we were impressed! The breakfast which was included was very good, plenty of selections to choose from. The staff were very polite and helpful.

We just had a sheet on the bed, so I was cold during the night which disrupted my sleep, there was no quilt in the cupboard. The rooms are not soundproofed. The hotel is not in the locality of the airport, its about a 10-15 min drive away, also about 25 min drive away from the main town square in Bologna.

Near the airport

I booked this hotel as the shuttle service was advertised as starting at 4am and bookable on arrival. On arrival we were told that it was full and that we would have to book a taxi in the morning, which was disappointing. Later, we checked if we could book the taxi in advance and a very helpful different staff member volunteered that we could go on the 3.40am shuttle instead! If we hadn’t asked again, we would have been unaware of the earlier shuttle. Apart from this confusion, the hotel was ideal for the airport.

Visiting Bologna

Great location for both the airport and easy access to the city taking a taxi or bus.The food quality and choice was very good in the main restaurant. There is also a bar and informal area where you can relax and have a drink or snack. The hotel also provides a shuttle service to the airport.

Quick access to the airport

The staff were really helpful. Service was good and location was perfect as it was very close to the airport.

Perfect Overnight Stop with Delicious Food

Wonderful hotel for an overnight stay! Very clean and well organized, with super friendly and genuinely helpful staff. I used their free airport transfer service, and in the morning they quickly arranged a taxi so I wouldn’t miss my train—truly thoughtful! Dinner and breakfast were both delicious, especially the lasagna, which I really enjoyed after a long, chilly day. Big thanks to the whole team for the warm hospitality. Highly recommended!

Good food in restaurant but too warm to sleep in the rooms.

Very clean and staff helpful and friendly. Wonderful restaurant and coffee bar. Would have been a very comfortable room but due to the overheating and lack of air conditioning we got next to no sleep which is unacceptable when you are about to embark on a 20hr journey home. It’s a shame because it is a really good hotel in a perfect location especially for getting to and from the airport.

I bit overpriced, but the closest to the airport

It is the closest hotel to the airport, so if you have a very early flight and you do not have a car, its about the only thing you can do and this is to stay in this hotel since they have the earliest shuttle to the airport (I guess) available in Bologna.

For an airport hotel, one would expect basic toiletries in the room, as I found all over the world. Standing under the shower and realizing that there is no soap nor shampoo in the room is not what one is expecting. I had to go down to the front desk to ask for soap! However, staff were friendly and helpful.
