Quick check in service by super nice and friendly Surraya. She also helped us booking a taxi that came within 6 minutes. Excellent! Room is dated with carpet floor. Spacious and quiet. Bathroom dated but does its job. Overall a nice hotel near the airport with free shuttle. Dinner at hotel restaurant was acceptable, we had pizza and cold cut platters. Nothing I would order again but no other options nearby, the pasta looked nice. Overall for a quick overnight stay completely acceptable.

Rom 537 needs maintenance, the window towards the airport cant close properly so all the jet engine noise came right through the room. The tap for flushing the toilet is very loose and keeps falling off.

A tired-looking hotel apparently runni g on minimal budget. Restaurant mediocre with higher prices. Room spacious and clean. BUT: the hotel runs the shuttle only during the part of the day, nothing during afternoon till 9pm. So be prepared to add taxi fare as walking there is dangerous and unpleasant (no pavement).

This hotel is worth staying in, and the price is quite reasonable. It’s a brand-new hotel with beautiful rooms and spectacular restrooms. I’ve stayed in many hotels, and this one stands out as one of the best. The staff is also great, and the location is very convenient, right in front of the airport.

Close to the airport. Has a nice gym. Shuttle to and from airport. But I couldn’t find the shuttle from the airport to the hotel so I paid a taxi 16 euro(7min drive) bed was hard. Shower was fine. I would stay here again for a night needing be to close to the airport. Breakfast was ok. But again for the price worth it. Very nice and friendly staff.

I booked this hotel based on location to Bologna airport for an early flight, and previous reviews. I had not received any information about their free shuttle service to and from the airport in any of the communications prior to check in. As a result, I couldn’t find the free shuttle bus stop and had a 30 minute trek with my cases on the verge of the motorway which was unpaved and unsafe. Fortunately, this was during the afternoon with good visibility. There was one person on the desk when we checked in and had I experienced a small wait. But the check in process was relatively straight forward. Walking to our room I quickly realised the property was overall rundown and dirty. Carpets uneven and didn’t look like they had been hoovered or shampooed in a while. Wallpaper peeling off and marked. Awful smell of stale cigarettes in the corridors. Our bathroom was grubby and dirty, especially the shower area. I appreciated the complementary water. Bed was uncomfortable and bedding unbreathable. Our air-con just circulated warm air. Curtains stained as was the window frame. Lots of midges in lobby. On the plus side, staff at the bar friendly and good breakfast selection. Served its purpose for the night, but if returning to Bologna I will be staying elsewhere.

Most inconvenient airport hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Very limited Airport shuttle and you can’t walk to the hotel. Airport shuttle doesn’t run during the day, so you have to pay a taxi. Shuttle doesn’t start early enough for a 6am flight and Uber doesn’t work (won’t allow pick up since you are within the airport zone). Dingy hotel with mold in the bathroom.

This hotel is terrible. Avoid it at all costs if you can. 45-minute line just to check in. The rooms are in desperate need of deep cleaning—there are stains everywhere. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. The bathtub is so dirty you wouldn’t want to step into it. The keycard gets demagnetized if you keep it near your phone (are we in the ’90s?!). The airport shuttle doesn’t follow the schedule they give you at the front desk.

No ice machines on the floors. When asked about getting ice for wine I was told they don’t do that. I only got one small cup of ice. Two out of three elevators were not functioning. The air conditioning did not work. The refrigerator in the room was generating more heat than the air conditioner. Mold was seen in the bathroom tub. I would not ever recommend this hotel to anyone.

Convenient to Bologna airport but in the boonies and not convenient to anything else. No pool beds old restaurant had great potential but limited menu with several items not available- what’s that about. Good conference setting but we were looking for rest and relaxation. Breakfast limited and expensive.

We booked this hotel for its proximity to the airport and the free shuttle, which was convenient. (Although be aware the shuttle does not run between 1230 and 2100) However, our overall experience was disappointing. The room felt musty and warm, despite the A/C running. The beds were hard with flat pillows. The bathtub creaked when showering like it was going to break (I’m 130 lbs) The room across from us was open and empty full of old mattresses which added to the creepy vibe. We didn’t see a single other guest and thought we were alone in the hotel until we went to dinner. Dinner was very expensive and took a long time just for us to have water and pizza. It seemed other local Italians were served first before us (English speaking people) which I thought ethnic and race discrimination was illegal in Italy. We’re not sure if it was just an oversight, but it added to the strange vibe. was the only option for food given the location and low accessibility to the hotel. The elevators also need maintenance based on the bumpy and loud ride. The hotel is giant, and empty of chairs and pictures/ Art that most big hotels have that make it feel more comfortable. A hotel we stayed in down town Bologna was much nicer at a better cost than this “high rated” hotel. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t stay here again.

The location is ideal for those early morning departures. Pricing very reasonable. With this said, the room was in poor condition. I moved a table, it was so wobbly i thought it would collapse. The bathroom had mildew all around the tub areas. This isnt allow ling me to add photos., but i have them.

The front desk person was very helpful and clear. hotel has a shuttle but the first one is at 4:45 which was a little late for us. While we were going to the airport there were four other groups who also ended up taking taxi’s. I don’t understand why they couldn’t provide a taxi a half hour earlier. The hotel itself is a little run down with peeling wall paper and looking a little tired.
