    The entire experience was a complete shambles. Never in my life have I received such an abysmal service and experience. We checked in around 1am (I specifically chose this hotel as it is near the airport with 24 hour reception). The attitude of the of the receptionist was downright rude. She argued that we had only booked for 1 person, despite me showing her the reservation for 2. She was huffing a puffing and throwing items around the check-in counter. After 20 minutes of unexplainable delay we finally got our room key. We entered the room and dropped our bags only to find a man laying completely naked on the bed. Of course we were both shocked and I apologised profusely for the intrusion. We went back to the receptionist absolutely mortified and she didn’t offer an apology. Instead she called the room to see if someone answered (again, not offering an apology to the poor gentleman). She then called another room and there was no answer. I refused to go to the room alone so she took us and began thumping on the door. After some minutes someone woke responded, also in shock, and she asked them to spell out their surname through the door. Since it was occupied she took us back to reception and suggested a 3rd room. Thankfully this room was vacant. We eventually got to bed shaken and annoyed at around 3.30am, which was not worth the expense given we were departing early the next morning. This whole experience was a real embarrassment and frustration for not only us but the other guests involved. I cannot get the image of that naked man out of my head. By way of an apology Agoda refused to refund me and instead gave me £7. I will never use this hotel or Agoda again.

    Friendly staff gave me free breakfast. Nice rooms. Close to airport and easy shuttle services. Would stay here again.

    Close to BLQ and reasonably quiet. Shuttle only runs in the morning and after 21:15. There is no sidewalk so you cannot walk there if you have luggage. We ate dinner at the airport and waited for the shuttle at 21:15, which is past the taxi stand. Good location for an early morning flight.

    not really next to the airport but 2.5km away. There is a shuttle but not clear where to get it. Finally took a taxi for 15Euros!!! Hotel looks very old.
