One stop in Bologna citytown.

How the room looked,and its location with balcony upon the street.Breakfast was abundant,varied and selective. Many amenities inside the room like often in Italy.

Value for money, although could’ve been cleaner.

Staff were friendly. Hotel was close to bus stops to get to the centre and also just a 20/30 min walk. The breakfast was ok although not great.

You could hear absolutely everything through the rooms, there’ was a very old looking air conditioning vent which clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The room wasn’t the cleanest, there was a stain on our bottom sheet and we found an empty bottle under the bed. Definitely not up to 4 star standards!

Beautiful hotel, excellent prices, stunning city.

We loved how clean the room was and it was such an amazing price for the quality of room. We would stay here again.

Decent value for money hotel close to the city centre

Not the most attractive part of town - they are building the tramway and the road is having tram rails put in.

Poor w-fi signal. Rest of the stay was very comfortable.

Clean, comfortable, good maid service. Breakfast was very good.

The Wi-Fi signal was VERY weak in my room on the 8th Floor. It would drop-out frequently. I could only get a steady wi-fi signal on the 2nd floor. BUT there was no desk there so I couldn't work on my computer. It was difficult for someone like myself (freelance journalist) to use the internet.

Great Suite

Amazing suite! So big and spacious, with balcony/ kitchen/ full bathroom/ great TV and comfortable bed

It is about a 20/ 30 minute walk from the historic centre which I didn’t mind at all but may put some people off. The air conditioning in the room was good but seemed to automatically switch itself off after 15 mins so i ended up opening up the balcony doors but obviously that lets in the noise as well as air

Nice Hotel, great room!

The room was actually bigger than expected. the staff was really friendly and professional, definitely a plus for me. Breakfast was awesome!

It's not that i didn't like, but if you wanna park, be aware is a really tight park. i drive a Audi A3 2023 and it was just about right to fit :) if you drive a bigger car, ask the hotel next to this they also have parking :)

Exceptional

Clean and tidy hotel near the center of the town, just a few minutes walking and you are at the heart of Bologna. The employees are very very helpful, always answered all our questions with a smile and they speak really good English. The room was clean and nice. Also you need to try the breakfast, it was super rich and delicious. 5 stars all the way from us! We will visit again

Spacious room, cleanliness, polite staff. Underground garage was a plus as we had a rental car. Proximity to the city center.

Pleasant

Great location. You could walk into the centre of Bologna in approx 30 min. A really good patisserie 15 min walk towards town.

The bed and pillows were really hard. The air con was very noisy.

We were a company of 6 people and booked two rooms. The rooms was large and clean. The staff in the reception was very kind and helpfull. No trouble checkin in or out. Can recommend this hotel.

Great views from balcony and close enough to town.

The unexpected view from the balcony was great, looking over Bologna. The staff at the reception were also very friendly.

Communication amongst staff didn’t seem great. I called reception to say that there was a can already open in my fridge when I came into the room but said I didn’t need another one. After getting undressed, someone came in without knocking to replace the can, which was a bit off putting after just getting there. The area/hotel was a bit tired too but half expected given the price.

Comfortable stay in an Italian way

Spacious room with plenty of amenities to make your stay feel like home. Big desk and TV with Netflix, large sofa, including a small kitchen and bar. The bathroom was amazing, spacious with natural light. Very quiet, even though the room was facing the boulevard and that is a big big plus for us - enjoying the city's atmosphere without the hassle of noises.

Some lights were barely functioning or not functioning at all, making the room very dark. The spotlights near the beds were not intense and could not be fixed in a position that could light anything else than the nightstands. The elevator was a little bit slow and very hard to catch during peak hours such as breakfast time.

The location is good which is close to bus stop with easy access to airport and city centre. The staff were friendly and help us for early check-in. The bathroom is spacious.

A generally good hotel, but not value for money.

The location was good - 25min walk to the city centre. Clean room. Very comfortable bed.

The breakfast was pretty basic, not much choice. We could hear guests from other rooms talking and making noise very late at night and very early in the morning (not ideal if you want to sleep in during your holidays), poor noise insulation in that respect. You don't hear any noise from the street though, so that was good. The bathroom was quite dated and it needs renovation. Generally, it was a good stay, but I wouldn't recommend the hotel. I expected more for the price we paid.

The stiff was very polite and friendly The rooms were very clean and comfortable

When I booked the room,I payed the taxes normally and all price. During our check out told us about the extra taxes for municipality per 6€/day. They should be more detailed at first about the prices etc. Secondly,the breakfast was "poor",it had not quality and variety.
