Good place for a good price

Nearby supermarket, very clean, comfortable bed, balcony, easy contact with the host and access to the room

The host hadn't sent the instructions to check in until I contacted him (I expected them to reach out on the day of arrival), 20-min walk from the downtown

The room is small but clean, and feel secured. I love the courtyard view, with lots of trees. The place is quiet. There are 2 supermarkets within walking distance, and bus stops nearby to the city and the airport. There are also parks and cafes nearby to chill.

The room is located on the 1st floor, there is no lift so you need carry your luggage up the stairs. The bed is not extra long as advertised. The sharing kitchen is very basic and small. There is also no fridge.

Unica nota positiva é la posizione rispetto allo stadio

La struttura a primo impatto sembrava anche carina ma quando é arrivata l'ora di andare a letto abbiamo trovato la biancheria con macchie di sporco, sangue, peli e aloni gialli sul cuscino. Purtroppo questo é inaccettabile...peccato perché la posizione é molto comoda, come nel nostro caso, per un concerto allo stadio. Inoltre anche la ciabatta per le prese appoggiata sul lavandino non é proprio sicuro...Mi ha come dato l'idea che ci abbia dormito qualcuno poco prima di noi e abbiamo solo sistemato le coperte e messo le asciugamani.

2,6 km to jednak kawałek aby dojść do centrum. Nie narzekam ale pierwszy raz wzięliśmy taką odległość i ostatni. Pokój zdecydowanie dla dwóch osób.

Konumu çok güzeldi merkeze yürüyerek uzak (40dk) ancak otobüs ile 15 dk içinde ulaşılabiliyor. Tek rahatsız oldugumuz konu işimiz gereği Bilgisayarda çalışmamız gerekiyordu. Bize turuncu oda verildi. Ve masası küçük sandalyesi ise bar sandalyesi idi. Banyodaki duşakabin çok küçüktü kolumu çarptım sürekli. Apartman sahibi kibar ve anlayışlı bir beyefendi idi.

Ottimo punto di appoggio per visitare Bologna. Non si trova in centro, ma è ben collegato con diversi autobus, e in poche fermate si arriva in stazione. Tutto come da descrizione. Comodissimo il self check in. Zona molto tranquilla.

Καθαρό και άνετο!

Καθαρός εσωτερικος χώρος, με μπαλκόνι για τσιγάρο, μηχανή καφέ (πολύ βολικό) και πολύ ωραιο μπάνιο!!!!

Υπήρξε μια δυσκολία με το check in, ήταν μακριά από το κέντρο (με τα πόδια), δεν έχει καλή ηχομόνωση. Το μπαλκόνι δεν είχε καθαριστεί και δεν είχε ούτε μια καρέκλα. Λίγο ακριβό!
