Staff gentile, riscontro immediato, disponibile e gentile.
Sicuramente comoda la macchinetta del caffè in camera.
Biancheria ben lavata.
La camera è piccola ma ben ristrutturata ed ha tutto, compreso armadio,grande TV e condizionatore.
Dista una passeggiata di 20 minuti sia dal centro che dallo stadio Dall'Ara, poco più dalla stazione, tutto percorribile a piedi o con il pullman sotto casa. Istruzioni chiare e precise su pagamenti e check in, danno inoltre spunti per il vs soggiorno a Bologna.
Purtroppo per me è molto importante un bagno nuovo e comodo, questo non mi è piaciuto, doccia scomoda, mentre la camera è stata ristrutturata bene, il bagno meno.
Non ci sono gli oscuranti, personalmente non è stato un problema sono bastate le tende pesanti ma se qualcuno ha bisogno del buio assoluto non è possibile.
Avrei gradito almeno una bottiglia di acqua in camera omaggio, in quanto l'acqua del rubinetto non è buona.
Se il costo fosse stato leggermente inferiore avrei dato sicuramente un voto più alto.

Good location.
The staff was very nice and accommodating.
The apartment is old and was not properly renovated.
It seems like old electrical outlets were painted over to give it a renewed face. Some pipes in the bathroom were “exposed”. There was also a constant bad smell of humidity and sewer in the bathroom that got into the room.
I just stayed one night, but not worth the money honestly. Hope they can improve these details.
