The arrangement of rooms, combined with design and comfortable. Really nice place to live. Our host was kind and ready to help us.

Modern and well located flat with two bedrooms, aircon and good bathroom.

.Location is around 20-25 minutes from Piazza Magiore (city center). Área looks secure; however, street lighting is not adequate in certain places.

The furniture and overall accommodation is good; however, the lift is small and we need to take 2 trips while carrying luggage. There was only one replacement of towels for the 7 nights we spent. No cleaning service.

Only good Impressions!

Excellent apartments for a comfortable stay in Bologna. Very friendly and polite host. New renovation done, smells new as well. Nice and quiet area around. Quite good sound isolation of the building, peaceful nights. Cleanliness everywhere, each corner, including bathroom. Clean bed sheet and towels. Enough space for the family of 4-5 persons. At the apartments totally 4 beds: 1 double and 3 single. Fridges and kettles available in each room. Definitely recommended for everyone, who prefer cleanliness, as first priority!

Nothing to mention, except speed of the internet. It is very slow and should be improved.

Struttura pulitissima e veramente accogliente. I proprietari sono stati super disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza. Posizione molto comoda subito a ridosso del centro.

Super Appartement in sicherer Umgebung und nähe zum Stadtzentrum.

Wir haben zu Zweit ein Appartement gebucht. Dieses bestand aus einem Schlafzimmer (mit Doppelbett und Einzelbett), einem Badezimmer und Flur. Alle Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich. Im Bad lagen pro Person 3 unterschiedlich große Handtücher bereit. Zudem waren Einzelpackung für Seife und Shampoo, ein Föhn und ausreichend Toilettenpapier vorhanden. Ein Highlight war die große Regendusche. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es einen Smart-TV mit den gängigen TV-Apps, einen Schreibtisch mit Wasserkocher, einen Kleiderschrank und einen Minikühlschrank. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer fand problemlos und schnell über Whatsapp statt. Das Appartement liegt in einem Wohngebiet direkt am Rand des Stadtzentrums. Die Umgebung würde ich als ruhig und sicher beschreiben. Umliegend finden sich nette familiär geführte Trattorias, Cafes und kleine Supermärkte. Wir haben unser Auto ein paar Straßen weiter auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz am Straßenrand abgestellt. Das Parkticket dafür konnte man täglich online per App buchen bzw. verlängern. Wir hatten zu keiner Zeit das Gefühl dass das Auto mit deutschem Kennzeichen dort nicht sicher wäre. Zum Stadtzentrum (Piazza Maggiore) sind es ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß.

Locația se afla într-o clădire rezidențială la etajul 6 din 7 nivele dotată cu lift, la 30 de minute de mers pe jos de piata Maggiore. Camera este curata , spațioasă, cu paturi confortabile și foarte bine întreținută.Baia este mare , curata și dotată cu tot ce este nevoie. Wifi și televiziunea au funcționat excelent. Comunicare excelenta cu proprietarul .Daca ar fi sa adaug ceva ce ar aduce un plus și mai mare ar fi sfatul către proprietar de a trimite cu minim 1 zi înaintea cazării informațiile necesare turistului pentru cazare și totodată cred că adăugarea de 2 pahare sau cesti , o farfurie și niște tacâmuri ar fi necesare .Cu siguranță voi mai reveni.

Soggiorno perfetto da Bolognamania

Esattamente come nelle immagini, la stanza e il bagno sono spaziosi e accoglienti, arredamento nuovissimo e ambienti pulitissimi. La posizione è strategica, a 20 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e dal centro. L'accoglienza dello staff al check-in è stata semplicemente esemplare, la prossima volta tornerò da Bolognamania!
