This is the worst accommodation I have ever stayed at in Italy.

The property is conveniently located near supermarkets, restaurants, and a bus stop. The room was well-maintained, but the landlord was rude, verbally insulting me and no apologize.

Even though it is called a B&B, they do not provide breakfast, so you have to go out and buy it yourself. The property is located right next to the road, so if you are sensitive to noise, absolutely do not book this place; the noise does not die down until 12:30 AM, and I was woken up every morning at 7:00 AM. What I was most dissatisfied with was the host's attitude, which I suspect was racially motivated. I was woken up in the middle of the night by the sound of arguing outside my door, but after checking out, the host used a very unfriendly tone to accuse me of causing the noise and accused me of bringing other people back to stay. First, I remained friendly and did not complain after being woken up, yet I was the one being accused. Second, I came here to attend an academic conference and do not know any locals at all, and I also mentioned that a neighbor I met at the entrance could testify that I was staying alone. Finally, the host has still not apologized for her terrible attitude. In short, this is the worst accommodation I have ever stayed at in Italy.

lovely cozy apartment

The checking in was so smooth and the apartment is so cozy <3 it is modern and clean! both the bedroom and bathroom were perfect for a short stay and the neighborhood is quaint. also the AC is fully functional! the kitchen having some goodies, teas, and snacks for breakfast is also a nice touch 🫖 there is also a bus-stop very close.

The only thing was that there was a type of paint-ish smell in the bathroom. Probably because it’s so newly furbished. It doesn’t bother when out of the bathroom though. there are windows to aerate the room!

A MUST STAY! worth the price!

location : just a walk or bus ride away from downtown. i really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood staff : she was the sweetest ever and was very helpful with anything we needed facilities : kitchen was so clean and super organized. she even provided snacks and tea! room : very comfortable and big bathroom. the best sleep i’ve gotten during my travels for sure

Great place to stay, good location and very good overall experience!

The location was very good, easy to reach the bus station, which took us straight into the centro storico. Close to grocery stores (Lidl), and overall a very clean and comfortable place to stay. Breakfast was very good, at the location , as well as in the bar next door. Very nice experience overall! Would stay here again.

One of the best apartments I have ever stayed

Exceptionally clean, well fitted, modern and cozy at the same time. Quite spacious. The beds were super comfortable. The host didn't speak English but we managed to communicate without any problems with a google translate. No problem at all. The breakfast was an italian style - coffee and a choice of sweet pastry or a sandwich in a nearby bar 30 meters away from the place.

Really clean apartment, and fully equipped as described. A good variety of breakfast/snack options for breakfast. The location is very convenient. There is direct access to the bus station that is right under the apartment. The bus drives you to the city center in 15 minutes. Extra credit for our hostess Annalia, who was very kind and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Adequate price, location wise it was a bit far from the city center by foot, so you attached to the bus schedule. However, with public transportation both train station and city center seems to be 5-10 min from the place to stay. Everything was clean, the guidelines were clear how to check in and to checkout. I would definitely recommend the host since you can reach out for accommodation related questions via WhatsApp and expect the answer within a few hours.

Clean, airy, no wear and tear, elevator access, good bathroom, comfortable bed, reasonable closet space, provision for storing food in fridge. Voucher for minimal breakfast (cappuccino, pasty) provided at next door bar. Owner attentive to needs. Good location for city bus access to central Bologna. Supermarket nearby, and self-service laundromat in a 10 minute walk.

Great stay in a great location.

Great location, easy to get in and out of the city, 10 minutes on the bus. Very private location, only 3 rooms and very light touch with the owner. Very clean, comfortable, and a great shower. TV was smart so you can log in to Netflix etc. Fantastic bar 100 yards away, Victoria Station.

Nothing really. More info on the buses. Tickets are at the tobacco shop. It is cheaper to pre-buy, 10 journey the cheapest. Don't use Uber, very expensive.

Good place to discover Bologne!

The place was clean and the bed was comfy. We loved the decoration in the room and everything was lovely. The bathroom is really cute. Nice to have access to Netflix. The check in and check out were easy as you take the keys from a locker when you arrive and leave it on the table when you leave

For a B&B and this price, you would expect better for a breakfast than just a coffee and a pastry The other guest don't mind making noise early in the morning while leaving the place which is not really nice but its not the owner fault, just people are not well educated... The location is a bit outside the city I didn't realise when I booked it so when we left on Sunday it's only a bus every 45 minutes so get organized :)

Our stay was a pleasure! The rooms are very clean and tidy; the appartment is very close to the bus stop and the busses to the centre of bologna are very frequent. You will find everything for a simple breakfast in the appartment and you may have breakfast at a nearby bar with friendly service, good coffee and a rich selection of snacks. Annalia is a very friendly and helpful host. We definitely come again for another stay at B&B Corsini!

There is no big cooking equipment in the kitchen, just a microwave oven and a hot water kettle. No pots and just small bowls suitable for microwave. You have to be inventive, if you need to use the kitchen to prepare a whole meal.

The apartment was super clean and very beautiful, furnished with new and modern furniture. The possibility for self chech-in gives you flexibility regarding your arrival time. Annalia (the women from the staff) was very kind, super friendly, and open for any questions. Right in front of the building, there is a bus stop from where you can catch the bus and be in the city centre after few minutes. Spirito Divini (breakfast bar) oldfeshioned Italian bar with friendly staff.

Superb

The host is one of the kindest person we've met in our travels. She is the true goodwill of the accommodation. She made us a sweet surprise as she found out we were celebrating an special event. The apartment is very clean and comfy, the mattress/pillows are very good and relaxing. Very well equipped and nice and net design. Although it is located somehow near the airport, the night was quite and the sleep good.

Me gustó todo, desde la facilidad para contactar con la dueña, una mujer muy maja y simpática. Todo está perfecto, limpio, cuidado, con todo lo necesario para una estancia extremadamente confortable. Una muy buena ubicación tanto para ir al centro de la ciudad como para ir al aeropuerto. Nos guardaron el equipaje aún habiendo hecho el check out a las 10, porque nuestro vuelo era a las 16. Todo genial, estoy súper agradecido por todas las facilidades y la ayuda. Sin duda, volveré.

Stanza ben curata, pulita, così come il bagno con doccia grande. Zona in comune composta di cucina e qualche snack per la colazione. Non ne abbiamo usufruito ma mi è sembrato ci fosse tutto.

O cazare frumoasa, primitoare si curata

Apartamentul are o bucatarie comuna, utilata cu tot ce este nevoie. Dormitorul si baia sunt individuale, sunt curate, moderne si dotate corespunzător. Totul este foarte bine organizat, de la modalitatea de cazare, la informatiile oferite si pana la compartimentarea lucrurilor. Recomand!

I had a wonderful experience —Highly recommended!

The apartment is in an excellent location, very comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you might need. It’s perfect for a couple or two people, and nothing was missing! The neighborhood is quiet and safe — I never felt uneasy walking back late at night. There are several nice options nearby, including bakeries, pizzerias, and tabaccherie, as well as two large supermarkets (Lidl and a local Coop) just around the corner. The area is also well connected, with several bus lines that take you to the city center in about 20 minutes. The real highlight, however, is the hostess — incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to share great tips and recommendations for food, shopping, and exploring the city. I truly enjoyed my visit to Bologna and felt very lucky to have stayed here.

The only small downside was the bed — the mattress was a bit too soft for my taste and caused some body discomfort. However, it’s a minor detail compared to the overall excellent experience.
