Cozy place near airport.

A very friendly and helpful host. I am grateful for all help I got from Carla! The room is clean and cozy, beautifully decorated. You get everything you need for a short stay. Even coffee, tea and delicuous fresh bisquits! The beds are compfortable and I got a good sleep. Clean and well-equipped bathroom. The host provides all necessary information about Bologna. Wonderful place!

Soundproof is poor, thus you might be disturbed by other guests. If you have heavy luggage and you need it in your room get ready to pull it up steep stairs.

It was a nice booking. minus the thin walls

The location is close to the airport (20 minutes bus fare) and it was the main reason we choose it. The neighborhood was a nice one, only houses. Accessible by common transportation. The host is a very nice lady, but we didn’t knew it’s a shared rental. It has its own private bath, but is in the same house as the owner. That wouldnt have been a problem, if there weren’t other guests or family in the adjacent room. We only stayed one night before our flight which was at 7 am so we wanted to reast. But the other people had different plans. We went to bed around 10. At 11 pm the others started getting ready, showered and it WAS VERY LOUD. The walls are thin and you can hear everything. Also when they came back at 4am they both showered, used the toilet did all their rituals and of course it woke us up! We barely had time to reast. So this was the only minus. When you share a booking you might have to listen when the other guest go and come back from partying, shower, use the toilet and slam doors, when you want to sleep cause you have a 7am flight.

Two friends visiting for the book fair.

The property is lovely, the host is fantastic and the location is super close to many bus stops, it was easy to get into Bologna or the train station. The bed was bigger than I was expecting and extremely comfortable. We are two friends who shared a room to keep costs down and the bed was big enough that we could both sleep comfortably without intruding on each others space. It's worth noting the property is on a road where cars can sometimes come speeding down quite fast and you are on the road when opening and closing the door. All that said, the property and stay was wonderful and I would definitely consider staying again in future.

Carla is an amazing host. Very clean and cosy house in a super cute neighbourhood. Good connection with the city center, and lots of nearby attractions.

Accoglienza e cura dell'ospite perfetti!

Accoglienza familiare ma nello stesso tempo discreta. La stanza è carinissima ed il lucernaio le dà un tocco in più. Siamo stati omaggiati di acqua e biscotti fatti in casa, in più all'ingresso della camera c'era una lavagna con un benvenuto personalizzato. Piccoli dettagli che rendono un' esperienza speciale.

È stato tutto come mi aspettavo. Se proprio devo trovare qualche difetto, la porta del bagno è un po' bassa (per me non un problema) e non c'è il bidet, ma la doccetta.
