Strategic and very comfortable location to reach the central station and the city centre.

The location absolutely. Easy to reach all the attractions and restaurants.

The room was pretty small but fully refurnished. I would have add a proper space in the bathroom where a guest can leave his stuff (beauty case and products). Towels non enough for 2 people 2 nights.

So we got two rooms my room was perfect fine unfortunately my friends found hair on the pillows and sheets etc … it wasn’t the cleanest

The location is perfect. It has also an elevator.

The walls were dirty with marks and dents. The headboard was missing. The bed was uncomfortable, there were only two thin pillows for two people, we had to put our clothes under the pillows to get comfortable. It was quite cold the first night and we asked for an extra blanket but it never came. The air conditioner could not be turned on because they told us it was only for summer use, there was no control in the room.

The location was very good.

They didn’t offer small towel. Just a big one for the shower. I didn’t like that they ask you for money to keep your luggage at their check-in office. Since the check-in is late 3pm and the check out 10am. They could put at least a kettle for water to have some tea or an instant coffee. Also, they could have 2 bottles of water in the room for their guests. They didn’t have Not even a plastic cup for the water. The central heating is making a bad noise and you can’t sleep in the night because of that. The mini fridge is also something wrong with. I woke up in the middle of the night to unplug it because of the noise that it made it. And that’s all 😀 But the location was very good.

the shower was a little weird and we nearly flooded our bathroom because the sink didn’t really work. the room was dark since there was only one small window but the modern equipment made up for it.

Nice little hotel space in a great location.

Good location, we were able to walk from Bologna Centrale train station as we had only carry-on bags. It's a short walk to Piazza Maggiore etc, good selection of restaurants/bars etc at hand. Although on a busy road it was very quiet at night. Effective air conditioning and a useful little fridge. Keys collected from very nearby office from helpful staff. Always remember you have to pay the city/tourist tax in cash.

The drenching shower head wasn't connected properly so leaked a bit, but it was still OK.

Disappointing

Not much.

Room very small and basic. No kettle. Collecting key at a different address where staff was very eager to leave after 8pm and we were on a late flight. One chair for two people. Very low bed. No opportunity to leave suitcases before 3 in the afternoon.

no heating. remote from air con was gone hot water only for 1 shower. my friend had to wait for water to heat up again not nice smell when u re coming into building lift was tiny too.

I loved how clean the apartment, value for money and the location

There was very little toilet paper and when I asked for more they gave me one more roll. Like toilet paper is a basic requirement and I shouldn’t even have to request it. There was no place to hang the bath towel. There was lots of noise during the night from the other guests and when I complained I was told there is nothing we can do

Great lodgings in the heart of bologna.

Great place to spend a night in Bologna, as always.

Parking around the area - unless you have a permit for Bologna's ZTL you have to use a private parking facility, and wow are they expensive. Even if you do have a permit, you'll likely find no spaces and have to go there anyway. This is Bologna's fault rather than the hotel's, though. If you aren't bringing a car, the place is brilliantly smack in the centre and well connected with public transportation.

The location is perfect and very close to public transportation stations. It takes 3 min to the main square of the city centre.

The bed is completely uncomfortable. The water outlet is not working well. There is no sound insulation and it is very disturbing

Location was great and bed etc were a good quality.

Shower tray overflowed after about 1 minute in the shower. No plugs by the beds, only 2 plugs in the bedroom, so you couldn't have the fridge plugged in and two phones charging. There was mould in the fridge itself. Could have been some hot drink making facilities - you would get this in a budget hotel. Apartments are very close together so you can hear a lot, especially from the corridor. During our trip, a group of guests came in at 3am screaming and laughing - we could hear everything.

Be aware that the rooms are NOT for 4 Adults.

Location

We were four people adults and we have been forced to sleep in one double bed and then in two Bunk beds, without our prior knowledge from the description and the host. It is totally unacceptable that we have been tricked like that. The people who were sleeping at the bunk beds had constant fear in case someone fall or even the upper bed breaks, since we consider these beds for the kids of a family of 4. Of course we tried to talk with the manager lady of the rooms without finding any solution of our problem or an alternative room or a small compensation for our bad situation, we received just a ride behaviour and a big "no" when we asked an arrangement. They dileberately hide the details about the beds to lure 4 people to book. The room comfort is also very low since the toilet arrangement was very bad, and of course not for 4 adults in one room!! The photos are not accurate at all I'm the description.
