Mały pokój z balkonem, wyposażony w łóżko, wieszak, biurko, telewizor i biurko. W pokoju prywatna, ładna łazienka. Lokalizacja znakomita - 15 minut spacerem do starego centrum, ok. 20 minut do dworca kolejowego. Obok ciekawe miejsca, gdzie można dobrze zjeść. Pokój posiadał bardzo dobrze działającą klimatyzację, bardzo ciemne zasłony i elektryczne zasłony zewnętrzne. W pokoju była lodówka. Bardzo ładny widok z balkonu na zabytkowy łuk i klimatyczne włoskie uliczki. Obsługa bardzo miła.
Niestety ręczniki po jednym użyciu już brzydko pachniały. Przydałoby się codzienne sprzątanie i ich wymiana. W pokoju brakuje kosza na śmieci (bardzo malutki był tylko w łazience) i dużego lustra, aby można było się przejrzeć. W łazience przydały by się jakiekolwiek szafki, bardzo mało miejsca na ułożenie rzeczy wyżej, nie było wieszaka na ręcznik do rąk w łazience przy zlewie.
