In the central and clean place

The location exactly in the central very close to touristic area, bus station and central train station. The place was clean and tidy, the bathroom is big and clean also.

When I was there, David cup happening so it was very noisy with the helicopter come and go until midnight and you can easily heard someone screamed outside because of drunk.

overpriced for the servoce they offer

the room was really tiny and on the level of the street, a half floor let's say, so really noisy. The person at the rceptionw as really kind and explained everything well. But the space itself is really ugly , the bed not comfortable, and really overpriced for what they offer

Very disappointing

Can't think of very much to like

I was in a dorm of 8 people. The air conditioning was not working at night and no one answered the messages or calls on the hostel phone. It would have been decent to move us to other rooms. As a result we had to sleep with the door open to let some air in. The bed was very uncomfortable and I could feel the mattress springs. The shower attached to our room wasn't working. All in all, it was very shoddy and I wouldn't recommend it at all.

Good for a short stay

Exceptional

Location was good, literally in the heart of Bologna and everything was walking distance. The staff, forgot to ask his name, the Filipino guy was very helpful and professional. Overall it was a good experience.

Nothing…this place is a racket.

They take your money and then they tell you that it is not possible to check-in at a time other than 2-7pm, not even for a fee, so I had to buy a second hotel room, so I never really stayed here.

Decent cleanness, great location but not cozy at all, no facilities, hard to socialize

Location is great, relatively clean, dorms are small

Staff was not welcoming at all - we arrived at specific agreed time and were told to wait for 30 minutes on the street because there was "another check-in" at that time.. and I only wanted to leave my bag. It looks like the hostel doesn't encourage socialising, there is a lack of common areas.. kitchen is "only for staf".. overall the hostel feels like a hospital a bit.. too white and boring

Nice and comfortable

Location was perfect. Staff was very polite and friendly. Bathrooms were clean.

The only thing we didn’t like was the sun coming in from the windows very early in the morning and waking us up, this would be easily solved by using heavier curtains.
