Good budget choice for 2 or 3 in Bologna.

Good location for train and centro. Comfortable beds, attractive room and bath, nice towels. Breakfast ( coffee and pastry) at nearby cafe was pleasant.

Good Location in Bologna Centro

The room was nicely decorated, clean, and within a short distance to restaurants and sights. Our host was hospitable and helpful.

A warning to those with mobility issues, bad knees, etc. There is a lift to the accommodation, but you have to climb up and down stairs to reach it, which is approximately one and a half to two floors. The bed was a bit uncomfortable for us, but maybe not for others.

Everything was fine. --Though in fact I found that the porticoes everywhere, impressive though they are (and my wife an I ended up arguing about this), made it a bit difficult to visually orient yourself to the lay-out of the city and surroundings.

Location was brilliant for us as we like to walk . 20 minutes from station and 10/15 to centre . Lovely Italian family who left me a wonderful birthday present.Room was spotlessly clean. Highly recommended

A very comfortable and welcoming place to stay in a beautiful city.

We were very happy with Lame 57. The host was welcoming and courteous. Snacks and coffee were generously provided although we didn't include the breakfast option. The room was clean and bright and had a pleasant ambience. The bed was very comfortable and the room was serviced daily. The location was excellent, close to cafes and restaurants and about a 5 minute walk to Piazza Maggiore. The train station was about a 20 minute walk away. We would be very happy to stay again. Very nice place and nice host!

The host was so nice and friendly! Gave us some tips, chatted with us a bit and was super helpful in giving out instructions on parking and how to access the room (which is actually quite well-signalized). Room was clean and comfortable. There was some coffee and tea available for free, and water and soft drinks available in the fridge under payment. It's a quick walk from there to Piazza Maggiore.

Great bedroom and bathroom (limited breakfast), helpful host, good location

Very clean, confortable, large and beautiful room and bathroom in what looks like an large apartment separated in three parts (where the host lives + two "bed & breakfast" rooms). Very helpful host (we speak Italian). City centre (piazza Maggiore) is a 10-15 minutes walk. Bologna is a great city. Three things to pay attention to: * the main entrance of the huge building at number 57 is located somewhere in the middle of 57a, 57b, 57c, etc.: seems to be normal in Bologna (or Italy?), but it was initially confusing to me. * to reach the apartment from the entrance, you will have to go up a short flight of stairs, then down another one, then walk down a long hallway, then up another short flight, then... you find the elevator that takes you to 7th floor. Walk a little bit more and you find the apartment! It's all marked with signs and arrows, and we found it picturesque and actually enjoyed the ride, but take this into account if you have heavy luggage or reduced mobility (and don't forget your phone when you get out!). * parking around is not free and not super easy to find.

We had our own bathroom, but the breakfast area was a small table in an angle of the large bedroom with a extensive selection of things from the supermarket to drink & eat, so the B&B name sounds a little bit stretched to us. However, excellent seated breakfast was available in bars in the close vicinity.

The room was amazing ,super clean and comfortable.The location perfect to walk everywhere in Bologna and the manager of the rooms was helpful, friendly and accommodated our every need.He even let us check in earlier than the normal check in times. We will definitely choose the same rooms for our next trip to Bologna.

I think the quality and quantity of the breakfast served to a café next door could be better.
