The room was light and cosy, the bathroom, the towels and linen were exceptionally clean and fresh! The staff was helpful, sent me a direction how to get to the appartment. The Hostess Ramina is very nice and friendly!

It was a bit noisy, I could hear the conversations in the neighboring rooms

Walkable from the central station. Big room with airconditioning. The bed was clean.

My room was above the entry gate which makes a lot of noise. The bathroom was very dirty, also because the other person I had to share the bathroom with left hair everywhere.

Whatever you do avoid it

They forced me to pay the city tax when the booking app was telling me that I’ve already paid everything. The staff was rude. The address isn’t the place where I had to check-in, and the room was on a third place.

Very bad sound proofing — we could hear our neighbors talking all night. The quality to price is a bit low (the rooms and the bathrooms are not kept in a good state, for example the walls must be painted over due to stains in many points, dust not properly cleaned, bathroom curtains defective, ...)

Generally very good

It was really good. Very clean and quiet place. A comfy bed. A room with a tiny terrace. Mineral water was free. Just a location a bit difficult to find. Please locate your hotel better, even my taxi - driver, who accompanied me, could not find it. Otherwise nice staff, helpful Really do not hesitate to book here.

I don’t recomend

Because of overbooking of the apartments I should stay one night in different room and than for one night change the room, which I find extremly unfriendly and wanna never do again. I wanted to spend whole day on a trip, dont want to care about the time and dont want to change the rooms 🙄and the change wasnt even possible ať the time I want 🙄 sorry or not, this is not polite! The “receptionist” also mentioned many times that it is also extra work for him, like seriously should I feel sorry for him? Absolutelly not, I was on vacation, I paid for it, why should I be sorry for people doing their job and be sorry for their mistakes or just overbookings to earn more. It could be also mentioned that bathroom for single room is in the main hall, so you should leave your room to go there.

Good location. Room was spacious. We were allowed to leave our bags before check-in time.

Bedsheets were dirty and not changed. Towels had a strange smell. Someone, most likely staff, kept playing music/videos on their phone on max volume.

I arrived to the place, called the number I was given in the booking confirmation, to ask how can I get to the room. Lady answered, saying that she doesn’t speak English and that she’s in the airport, after that hang up the phone and turned it off so I couldn’t reach her anymore. There was also a couple waiting to check in next to me, the guy working for the property came down and took them upstairs saying to me that I should wait for him. When he came back, 15 minutes later, said that my room was given away cause I “didn’t mention my time of arrival”, nobody called or sent me email to double check with me and just left me on the street saying that I should book something else through Booking. After all that I got an email from booking saying that they marked my stay as no show and that they kindly will not charge me any fee…

The walls are thin, get yourself some earplugs. I would recommend to give the walls also new painting. Little dirty. Stay was good for one night.

It's not even 10 min walk from the Train station and also close to the city center. The owner was very nice. Bathroom and room clean.

Tourist trap, total rip-off

Central positioning of the apartment, clean common bathrooms and hallway I had fridge in the room Bed was comfortable

You cannot pay by credt card, only cash. No receipt for your payment. Price is too high in my opinion, 3 euro citytax per night are added to the amount you gave to pay, so a room is 60 euris/night. The owner called me at 23 at night the day before my arrival, stating that I would get a different room in another location. Thank God that this didn't happen. My room was next to the larger bathroom, each time someone showered or washed their hands I woke up, I couldn't sleep at all Very noisy room, thin windows Small room No curtains at the windows to darken the room. I would not recommend this accomodation, a total rip-off.
